I think that Ian Hale is the one in the press box with the mega phone... he was an instructor at a summer camp i went to for drum line.... He is really really good

could be back problems. after so much of carrying it it messes up your back and theres comes to a point where instructors realize that they have to put them down for a while, for the better of the player

That's definitely NOT Ian Hale. He was not a part of the Cadets percussion staff in 2008. That was Colin.
