I think i know Green Lane Area, would i be right in thinking it has a drive through Mcdonalds and a Tesco?! Don't know why i should remember that. Of course i might be wrong! I work in the wine trade around south east asia, now i'm in Bangkok. I'm afraid i'm not on Facebook, sorry! I'm on twitter as Stamford27 but don't get go on it much.

ahhaha, not bad...it's actually nearer Penang Free School than over Tesco's side. I wish I was in Bangkok, my fav teacher is there and he has a really cool guest teacher coming to teach backbends....I don't have twitter...lol

I spend a lot me time in Singapore, and i like to get over to Georgetown as often as possible. I'm English so there is a historical link between England and Penang. Georgetown has a wonderful feel to it that is hard to find anywhere else. I always think that Penang is almost a separate country to the rest of malaysia, do you know what i mean?

ah, I see...yes, I love Penang for it's laid back culture, and easy paced lifestyle. I'm a full time yoga teacher, part time pole dance instructor here in Penang. I like Singapore only for the sales, nothing more, I don't even like the people there, no offence if you do..lol...Penang was under British rule for "I can't remember how long"...that's why we have that influence. :)

You lucky thing! Penang is very beautiful, spent a lot of time there. I like to stay at the Eastern & Oriental in Georgetown, lovely old colonial style hotel. Do you live in Georgetown?

I don't technically live in Georgetown, but about 20mins away from there. Somewhere called Green Lane area. I do know where the E&O hotel is, nice place. How long were u in Penang? if you have facebook, add me at michquah85@gmail(.)com
