I saw this when it was on broadway and I loved it. I thought they did an amazing job and the staging was brilliant. It's a shame it didn't win more

A pale ghost of the original Boris Aronson designs. The orchestrations and voices sound thin and lifeless. The original production was breathtaking.

The staging of the original is unbeatable, but this looks really cool too. I kinda wish I could've seen this production.

I totally agree with you --
This one looks colorful and appealing, but hollow and heartless at the same time. The OBC production was a gem.
