The reasons for which I find this clip funny are that:

i) It's the last thing I expected the young woman to reply.

ii) It's reminiscent of the many times where me and a friend have ad-libbed silly voice-overs when some drama show is on TV, basically just inserting rude and nonsensical remarks in place of the actors' serious dialogue.

iii) It reminds me of the way I describe soap operas and The Jeremy Kyle Show in a ridiculously exaggerated fashion to take the piss.

But that's just me.

The clip hasnt been cut short, its just more surreal comedy. im guessing she's a sex change, and shes back from surgery feeling slightly confused and a little remorseful. A woman saying she 'cant feel her c*ck' is absurd and immediately provokes laughter purely from its absurdity. The scene is made even funnier by the woman in the background seeming to show sympathy for the woman, when the normal reation would be shock.

I always took it to be an absurd play on Freudian penis envy - he thought that the moment that young girls realise that they lack a penis is the defining moment in sexual identity - this just takes that to absurd extremes by making the girl a fully functioning adult.

I'm not American, but I assume the clip has been cut short. If not, I assume the joke is that it's understood between the two women that the younger woman has a cock, which is quite normal for women.
