So far as I have seen you are very strong and i think you should make a video of your selfe doing muscle ups , combine that front lever with muscle ups , I am sure you could do a lot of moves :D
you should definitely try this on gymnastic rings. I believe you will find the front lever hold much harder on rings. Also try to do an iron cross hold on rings. Wouldn't be surprised if you can actually do it.
Ill keep trying and get more. Im just not used to these at all. They feel very weird and I cant tell if I am even doing them correctly. For core I do alot on the abwheel n just situps n crunches, no secret stuff.lol

I only train for them like once a week, rarely more than that. I mix it up alot, its not a real focus just something to help me get stronger.
