I have a PT-25 on the bench and want to put an OS .26 surpass on the front. You have a small 4-stroke on your PT. Is it an OS .26? Did you have any balancing considerations with that motor?
I fitted a 61 ASP and a standard servo for the rudder at the rear also I made a battery box at the rear to get the correct hang angle with the larger engine The model is only slightly heavier than the original design weight. The OS 26 may not have the power to pull the drag of the rotor, check out the Flying Balsa PT 25 help forum for more info.
Keep threatening to build an autogyro and probably will when i get my record breaker finished, that was a nice model and flown very nice.

Nice one Joe, hope it's still there in July! (umm). I have some video of a guy from our club who builds birotor autogyros, i'll post it soon.

Hi Neil
I plan to keep it on the buddy lead for any one who wants to fly it until we get more.
