Croydon Sailing Club - dinghy sailing 1

My parents (Pauline & Goff Symons) set up Croyon Sailing club with others and my dad built a Heron in the garage in the late 50's. Like to hear from others

I have finally seen Croydon Sailing Club. I recall my late parents saying they were founder members (I think that is correct) they certainly had a Heron which they built. I think it was 1287. Len Tyler. Its good to see the old boats still going.

What sort of dinghies are these?

@PencilCharlie The one with a large blue sail is an Enteprise, the smaller boat is a Heron... but the race winners were the canada geese in the foreground.
