Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion. I do think that before posting a comment that is negative you should ask yourself if it is her fault that you can't understand. There are many different learning styles, and maybe people that find her hard to follow should consider a knitting circle or one on one lessons. I love her videos and specifically look for them when I have a knitting question.
I REALLY want to learn how to knit, but i have to tell you that you are going WAY too fast for a beginner who knows nothing and you are "talking" a LOT with your hands which makes it almost impossible to SEE what you are doing. YOU know what you are doing. Some of us know nothing. Also I don't see where you show how to begin by casting on. PLEASE slow down. Being animated does not help. Thank you.
You're a young woman who has internalized, consciously or consciously, a trendy, cutesy way of speaking... Many young women do this. While it might make you attractive sexually and socially to other people your age, it's not helpful in an instruction context. It's getting in the way of your instruction. You need to adopt a clearer, more neutral, more "standard" way of speaking and pronouncing and drop the "Val" pronunciations.
great

Geez! Give the kid a break! Maybe she's just a little anxious or something? Are you this judgmental and condescending in real life?

This didn't suck. The talking is great especially when you're a novice.
You should make more videos.
