I MUCH prefer actually becoming a Big Daddy later in the game and going back to enemies that are triggered by you looking at them. If you activate one of these events without looking at the person, you can come back with a big daddy suit after you progress in the game and you will find that they don't attack you, but can actually be observed up close, so you can see all their animations when they talk. In some cases, they even turn to face you while you move around them...

Yeah you wear the Rosie (Type of Big Daddy) outfit on the second to last level entitled Proving Grounds. This is where you have to lure one of the Little Sisters out by looking like a Big Daddy.

The thing though that i hate about bioshock is this mystery on what the big daddy is and who it is, sure you find out "Spoiler" Suchong made them to protect the little sisters and that they can't take the gear off or they'll die due to the metal clothes being attached to the skin cells other than that you don't see the process or learn much else.

Correct, it takes more graphic power to render both internally and externally, no point wasting graphic power to render something your unlikely to see, collision detection is also turned off for destroyed enemies allowing the resource to be used else where.

a big daddy is ... was a normal human that was injected with plasmids until the point of mutation in which they became the monsters they are. i saw in the wiki or somet that rosies are less mutated than bouncers hence the huge helmet of the bouncer to keep its face inside itself

A big daddy was created inside the research lab in the Rapture City so the Russian can use them for the cold war until some guy spill coffee over the cage control and all hell broke lose and big daddies found connection between little sister . Plus humans sacrificed themselves to the lab and they injected too much plasmids and they turn into big daddies and they were too shy without diving suit protection thats can make them look hard to kill.

no its not a leaked picture its the art book they gave you if you got a broken big daddy from the special edition. You can download the art book in the cult of rapture website, and its JUST concept art, nobody know how big daddy's look like, but we know they are big, deformed humans without skin.

I saw the artbook, and no, under "Big Daddies" it only shows armored variations. If you're referring to the tentacle-armed skinless thingy under "enemies", I think it's safe to say that that whole section has quite a few fantastical enemies that didn't quite make it into the final game. Besides, from the beginning the concept of the Big Daddy was for it to be fully armored in a diving suit.

I've waited five minutes, after killing the first wave of splicers. I thought it would be fixed if I saved and loaded it back up, but noooooo...
