It isn't a glitch, if you complete the Friendly Monsters sidequest, then Ozma loses his immunity to shadow damage, hence why his own Doomsday hurt him

Not a glitch. My reason may be it or not, but I believe it is. Flame me if I'm wrong.

Here, you finished the Friendly Monster Sidequest, because of that Ozma will now be weak against Shadow and physical attacks can reach him.

The spell 'Doomsday' is a Shadow element, and it's effect is not only damaging targets, but the caster as well. In your case, since he cannot absorb Shadow, it ends up hurting itself till its death.

A typical way to get him to kill himself. Not directly 'suicide'.

@lostaznking Ozma is a superboss (although probably the easiest in the series if you know what you're doing), you can only fight it if you have a gold chocobo i believe.

its not suicide, its because of the reflect. it happens on mine as well. If you have reflect on and something is cast, it takes a few turns till it rebounds and is recast.

@dazne33 es automatico cuando todos quedan KO, no me acuerdo si tenias que aprender phoenix para poder hacerlo pero las chances aumentan segun la cantidad de phoenix pinions que tengas en tu inventorio

This is not exactly a glitch. The "Doomsday" spell Ozma casts is able to inflict damage on the entire party & himself, which is kind of wierd. It is random however: sometimes it will heal Ozma, sometimes it won't. Wheither it heals or attacks on YOUR party is up to what armor your wearing on each character.

@outgoingchels Ozma lost the ability to absorb shadow because I did the friendly monsters sidequest... but with or without that, he should cast curaga or use other attacks instead of doomsday, kill himself isn't normal, neither logical...

I think it has something to do with rebirth flame, when my party die and revive the IA glitches, I was able to replicate the same effects, so it must be a glitch

I don't believe this is a glitch, when you finish the friendly monsters SQ you can inflict physical damage and shadow atacks to ozma , but if you don't do it, doomsday, which is a shadow based atack, will recover it

Eiko's a better White mage

Dagger/Garnet's a Better Summoner

you can notice this Via the commands

Echo has Holy,and can Access the Magics way earlier then Dagger(i.e. eiko learns cura and Curaga before Dagger) Eiko also learns Holy(Dagger cant)

Dagger can learn alot of summons that Eiko cannot...(I.E. Dagger has a total of 15 or more summons and Eiko only has 4)

Una vez que eiko aprende a fenix, ademas de las invocaciones por comando puede aparecer aleatoriamente cuando llegas a game over (la probabilidad aumenta cuantas mas phoenix pinions en el inventario)

Estaria de acuerdo con shmel pero me desconcierta que se suicide por un tema de la IA del juego, repeti la pelea muchisimas veces pero solo las 2 veces que revivi con fenix pude replicar esto

Siento decir que esto no es un glitch... este comportamiento de Ozma es debido a que has completado la aventura de los Monstruos Bondadosos (aquellos que te piden un ítem y la música de batalla es distinta [Fairy Battle]): eso es que Hecatombe (Doomsday) al principio tiene que curar vida a Ozma ya que tanto la magia como Ozma son de elemento Sombra, pero al acabar esa aventura Ozma cambia de elemento, por lo que le daña. No es suicidio, es parte del juego.
