  • It is truly a paradise that you can't find in the U.S.

  • I think Shinto is "nature based" - so, it seems fitting that there would be no damage to the shrine. perhaps the tree is resting. :-)

  • Best trees I have ever seen in Japan have been around shrines and temples.. never thought about them falling on a classic shrine!!

  • Such a relief! I love the construction of the older buildings (I don't know if all shrines are like that?), and it is good to hear it didn't get damaged. The roof (like at 00:38 ) especially, has a beautiful architectural design.
