you just hit the triangle button when prompted, it makes traversing huge maps like that easier, just go near the edge and hit triangle.

Onion Knight is not a character, it is a class.

In Dissidia, The skins of the original Onion Knight Costume uses the appearance of Ingus, from Final Fantasy III DS version, with the blue eyes and the blonde hair.

The alternate costume uses the appearance of Luneth, same game, with the silver hair and gray eyes.

The Onion knight is not supposed to be any character specifically. Just the same as Warrior of Light. Onion Knight is a final class U.S., and first class Japan. and the ultimate class

Onion Knight in this game has nothing to do with the FF3 DS characters, His design is based off the ORIGINAL CONCEPT ART, just like Terra, Bartz, and Firion.

Just want to throw this out there. Onion knight is NOT the hero from final fantasy 3, but he is one of the CLASSES. Ingus and Luneth become them. In dissidia, it starts out as ingus, the alternate costumes are of both luneth and ingus

You have to master both the base bravery attack and the linked bravery attack before you learn the linked HP attack. So for Flare, you need to master thunder and thundaga, same with blizzard and blizzaga.

I really must apologize you see we both were right final fantasy 3 on the snes was only released in japan the name of the main char was up to you to make and his class was the onion knight however the final fantasy 3 for snes was released to the u.s 16 yrs later for the DS it was remade by then and they named that char luneth so it is the same game just diffrent time zones graphics, and names.

If you havn't realized, In Onion Knights original costume it's actually Ingus, And when he changes to his ALTERNATE costume, It's Luneth. So technically, they both appear in this game. Under the same class name.

It's not mage, it's sage for the record. And in the english version of FF3 Onion knight was deemed the best/ultimate class because you had to unlock the class through friend connection and, like Insanecoolperson said, they have the best armor, weapon etc. in the game.

Onion Knight is one of the many professions from back in the old days of Final Fantasy, either two or three. Onion Knight wasthe starting class that also happened to have the most powerful armor and weapon in the game (if you got all onion equipment you could probably kill the boss with that one character) Previous to the onion stuff though, they were basically the starter class.

Don't do much research do you? When Onion Knight goes into EX Mode, he can become either a Ninja or a Sage, and can switch between them at will. Each has its own advantages. Similar to how Cecil works, only you have to be in EX Mode to do it.
