@josephdupont I use old glass doors from the 70's. I have hosed them off on a hot day with no trouble. I also make solar panels with new tempered glass with no problems.
I built a solar water heater up here in vermont, I can only use it in the summer but its still worth it

Do have issues with freezing water in the winter? Do you drain and bypass it in the winter?

I´ve had bad results with thermopane doors.. they tend to explode when the rain hits a hot one.
