CPL Winter 2001 Final - NiP vs X3 (Game 1)

These were the two best teams in the world at the time, and neither had lost a match on LAN up to that point. In fact, I don't think Nip had even lost online and X3 only once or twice. The anticipation for this match was incredible. They met in the upper bracket final, which Nip won like 13-7. X3 then won the lower bracket final and then beat Nip in the first match. What you see here is the second match, which Nip won to become champions.

Both teams lost their undefeated records to each other in this event. It was an awesome event with the best teams from Europe and North America participating. X3 later became 3D which won several other major international titles, including the WCG in Korea. Nip disbanded and became SK.swe. They also won several big tournaments, including the WCG.

@Dorkster81 eoL never REALLY won anything. They only won CPL Oslo. The rest were online matches and qualifier matches. They somehow managed to under perform at lans.

its not 1.3 but its not 1.5...

1.3 had different scoretab that scoretab was in 1.5 but in 1.5 have classic usp sound like in 1.6..soo
