  • Thank You Jesus!!!!! I won't Complain

  • Hes a real good singer, i love this song

  • THANK YOU LORD IWILL NOT COMPLAIN

  • Ronald was just as good as Marvin.

  • Imo, one of the things that makes Pastor Winans such a great singer is that when he sings, it's like the words come to life, and I get this effect from him moreso than any other gospel singer. Perhaps, it is how clearly he articulates the words in the songs that he sings.

  • love how singers back then would let a song build and wouldnt nervously fill EVERY SECOND of the song with runs and talk... and they didnt expect anything of their audience but their attention. now singers try to make every song deep worship. thanks for the example, pastor winans.

  • @handithere2 I agree with you on your statement!

  • @handithere2 sometimes people need that deep worship thats why they do that

  • @handithere2 Amen. what a great observation, yet so true. Amen.

  • @handithere2 That's good stuff. I wholeheartedly concur. I don't like how people try to tell you that you are not worshipping if your hand isn't raised, or you aren't screaming and jumping around. Sometimes my worship is deep in my soul as I spend my intimate time with God in my heart. Sometimes I just want to sit and let his presence wash over me so that I can hear him speak to me. At times like this I am content and listen to the anointing in the singer's voice as he ministers to my soul.

  • @handithere2

    gosh you are SOOOO right!

  • This is real talk

  • Marvin was hoarse. I seen other parts of this service where he (and then wife) Vicky Winans were doing other songs which may have caused it. Still in my opinion, Marvin is one of the greatest ever. One of the most under rated writers of all time.

  • If I'm not mistaken they talked about the fact that they had just come from the Dove Awards where he had been singing and had driven all night to get back to Youngstown.

  • This song is so powerful..alot of times we take for granted the small things in life. Still he blesses us....and I won't complain.

  • I won't complain because eventhough times has been hard still God has been so good to me.

  • grear

  • Blessed!

  • GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

  • one of my all time favorite songs sang by one of my all time favorite singers. AWESOME.

  • May she rest in peace, sorry for your lost. I'll pray for you and your family

  • Thank you so much!

  • Jarrin , I pray right now, in the name of JESUS, that GOD strengthens you and your family with HIS awesome power , love ,grace ,mercy ,and ALL that's good and perfect ! In JESUS' name , amen !

  • The next time you see her, there will be no more parting of ways. Right now, she is too busy enjoying what Jesus has purchased for her with his blood. Of course, she is probably shouting with Jesus telling her to "help yourself, why don't you!

  • Jarrin87, Rev. Parker sung this song at my Grandmother's (Granny) funeral, it was moving! I LOVE this song.

I sing it when I am having a good or bad day to keep myself grounded in Faith.

Sorry for your loss, but your Grandmother is resting in a better place, full of joy, happiness, no worries about paying the rent, etc.

Keep God in your life and keep Faith.

Folks wonder how I "smile" everyday of my life, it simply because I have "FAITH". I believe that the space I am in temporary

  • Thank you so much..

  • how bored are those children!? rejoice, people. all of you!

  • Why is the church sooooo quiet...?

  • I was thinking the same thing... My church would have become unglued when he first said I've Had Some Good Days.

  • If you didn't believe ... now you do. Amazing .. not hoarse but deeply emotional is what i hear. AMAZING

  • Woww! Praise the Lord!

  • That woman who is standing up at 5:10, I wanna just give her a hug and tell her that everything is gonna be alright, and that God is still on the throne.

  • Lol the organist finally gets it together around 4.45 but then he loses it again.

  • My pastor is so talented with such a beautiful spirit!!!! Please keep it up Pastor Winans, we love you!

  • Marvin Winans is one of the best, male, Gospel singers of all time. Name one that is better than he? I have read some people saying his voice was hoarse, but it was probably due to a cold of some sort; however, a true believer does not let a trifle cold stop them from worshiping God, sick or not sick. Doesn't the song say, "when I don't feel like it, I won't complain?" Well, he proved it. He's the best Gospel singer of all time. I enjoy this song very much.

  • well you do not know him but my pastor(PROPHET J.Z.E. THOMAS) has A great voice and sings way better than marvin... but Marvin sings good to

  • nope Elder James Lenox from Chicago did, RIP

  • I was thinking the same thing. But he made it work and thats all that really matter. What a blessing.

  • Does the organist realize he's playing the wrong song? He's playing Jesus Is The Best Thing.

  • lol he is playing the wrong song......thats a shame haha

  • LOL THATS HILARIOUS

  • I agree, he is playing James Cleveland. lol!

  • I won't complain! Take over God!

  • I'm not christian and I love this song, Marvin is truly talented.

  • love it, choir unity

  • Marvin needs to rest his voice. I could tell he was singing alot cause he was cracking. Still my favorite gospel singer

  • WOW!!! This is an OLD Video!! Where do people find this stuff?!?!?!

  • i thought rev. paul jones wrote this song.

  • He did it originally

  • me too

  • LOL, look at Pastor

  • i listen to this song often and get just as happy each time and more thankful. it's such an inspiration. i just love the Lord

  • i just love it and i too say THANK YOU LORD! i also thank God for the singer, true believers, true followers of Christ, who is my redeemer, deliever,God's Word and His only begotton Son. THANK YOU LORD!

  • he kilt this song!! but karen clark sheard sings it better for a woman. but marvin for a man!!!

  • Hes a little hoarse but still good.

  • its back!!!

  • Just a question... Watching some of these videos from Late 70's early mid 80s I look at many of these choirs and see they constitute a good mixture of black and white...YET I don't see that now with the exception of a few...Just wondering if the genre of gospel evolved now to where its generally less accepted by white community...Just wondering??

  • I think you see more mixture of black and whites in choirs more than it was back in the 70's and 80's, people are more excepting a little more now than then.

  • Sing Marvin! What an annointed and gifted man. God Bless You Marvin!

  • Sing Marvin! What an annointed and gifted man.

  • Awesome song. The author is Bishop Don Johnson from Memphis, Tennessee who has authored hundreds of songs. He wrote this song years ago...probably in the mid 70's.

  • Don Johnson, is he a white man? Used to reside over the ALJC organization in the 80's - 90's? Just wondering if it's the same one.

  • omg...this is classic...i remember visiting bishop wagner with my church...i miss those days...

  • oh wow im good lol!!

  • this was from around 1982-83 rite?

  • That's rite!

  • God placed this song on my heart this past weekend and I couldn't remember the words. I've made up in my mind that no matter what I go threw I won't complain. Thank you for posting this it really confirmed what the spirit has be telling me this last past week. God bless you

  • I'm so glad this song is back up. I've been looking for it.
