  • @om3g4z3r0

Well, the Trees startet at the beginning of the 1980's and Nirvana came around 1987, so that makes your comment completele irrelevant

  • @KurtDucozCobain AGREED

  • @om3g4z3r0 Who gives a f**k who do they look like? They gave us good music.

  • @TheJelenabelic YOU got A point ... SO you GONNA (maybe) LIKE to CHECK this OUT /watch?v=BA-CeKGzET8

  • @om3g4z3r0 I LOVE this song. It's my favourite from the Trees. =)

  • @om3g4z3r0 *Kurt

  • @om3g4z3r0 *Cobain

  • @om3g4z3r0 Why do people always claim every other singer from the time frame look like Kurt Cobain? Having long blondish hair in the late 80's/90's does not automatically make someone a Kurt lookalike. Wearing the clothes readily available in Washington to deal with the weather like everyone else did does not make them a Kurt lookalike. Mark Lanegan, Mark Arm, Ron Nine, and all the others do not look like Kurt. You say that because Kurt is the face people know best; he didn't come first.

  • @ASHDOWN444 Thanks for sharing, but I Dont need your spam on my vids.. So cheers

  • great band, too bad music will never be as good as it was in the 90's again. thank god i can find the good o'le tunes on here... cheers.

  • the good ol 'days....when men were men.

  • @cellblock21

Yo! I've seen Lanegan live last thurseday at the Pukkelpop festival!

he played 2 Screaming trees' songs: Dying Days and Halo o Ashes! That was frigging awesome

  • @cellblock21 I hear ya...

  • @cellblock21 i dont know what you mean?

  • cancion del carajo!

    long live to lanegan

  • i wish i heard this on the radio today just once rather than emo screamer alternative

  • best trees song

  • We do still wear flannels in WA tho'!

  • @SgtBastard101 I live in a small town outside of Toronto Canada, its like the crescent version of Seattle, similar weather, music, clothing. I still wear my plaid and flannel shits!

    SEATTLE SOUND FOREVER

    peace

  • Well just sweet then! Its so good to see people just wearing/doing as their place in life determines! Peace & Anarchy!

  • Great song, great band :)

  • Just a little FYI about life and copyright: don't take other people's images- like the logo for my website- without asking. Thanks.

  • The first time I heard this song it moved me so much I actually cried a bit. It's so heartwrending but so beautiful at the same time.

  • They transcend grunge, even at the time when it was hot (90's). When you listen to this song, it carries the "grunginess", but it still sounds fresh and alive.

I started listening to them in '91. Never stopped. I can't.

  • this is the first time I've ever listened to the Screaming Trees. I like it, a lot.

  • i spend a night by listenining only this song

  • Wonderful song! Pure Seattle sound. Hip-hop sucks!

  • This song really moves me.

  • love this song! so many feeling...

  • Sweet Oblivion is one of my favorite albuns ever. One of the 90's pearls. Would like to invite everyone into ST and the 90's to check my band in this looseground channel. We've just recorded our 1st EP, but the 90's are our main influence along with some other stuff from the 70's and 60's. Thanks. Peace.

  • mmm i love this tune

    classic 90s band and underrated

  • One of my all time bands, albums(Sweet Oblivion), and songs off that album. Powerful stuff.

  • sounds very much like a neil young song...........like a hurricaine i think

  • "Heart of Gold" possibly???

  • almost a year till a repy.....i feel sorry for teens these days, no musical knowledge

  • No probs. knew exactly what you meant

  • yeah, heart of gold that could be it !!

    : )

  • I thought that about a year ago, lead me to buy harvest again

  • Maybe that's the reason why I love this song so much? Because I'm a huge Neil Young fan and I love this song. Well, I guess they don't call Neil Young the god father of grunge for nothing haha.

On topic: Screaming Trees, one of my favorite grunge bands, shame they didn't go big like Pearl Jam, AIC, Nirvana...

  • yeah neil young is a living legend, ive got his discography, "sleeps with angels" is an interesting album it has a few songs dedicated to kurt cobain on it.

Also check out "neil young rock n roll hall of fame induction" here on youtube he mentions cobain in his speech & eddie vedder is present also.

  • Yeah, seen Neil Young live in summer. Originaly whole 'Sleeps with angels' album is dedicated to Cobain. Cobain quoted Neil Young in his suicide note and that really touched him I guess. I've seen that video by the way, it's great.

  • love screaming trees, in my books there big!!!!!

  • gran epoca los 90's,

  • I like this song very much. It is mellow & I love the way the guitar strums..

  • Such a sweet tune! one can not help feel the depth and longing in this song. Man I wish Johnny Cash was alive to cover this song.

  • Feels like there's nothing to explain

One more or less it's all the same

Now that it's feeling so much colder

Just be glad that it's all over

  • thank you

  • One of the best bands of the 90s.

  • great band and song!!!

  • i love these boys

  • yes :D its hard to see that the've been broken up:(
