  • impressive!!

  • awsome sound !

  • Hey you did a great job!!!

  • motherfuckers playin next to a got damn toilet

  • sweet dude

  • That is awesome

  • Has anyone played on a cheap (around $30 on amazon) Meinl didge? Are they worth getting if you want to learn didge, or should I just put the cash in for something better?

  • @Dergfight If you want to learn, go buy a 4 foot piece of PVC pipe 2 inches wide and use that, that's how I learned, it works good. The hardest part is the circle breathing.

  • @Dergfight You should always get the best you can afford. Most likely the one for $30 is bambo and not coated on the inside which will lead to cracking. I can answer any questions you have just send me a message. It is definitely an instrument worth learning and its so much fun.

  • @ExcretionsShit /watch?v=HRntJLOct_4

    Is this a good buy?

  • how long did it take you to learn to circular breath? I've just gotten a didgeridoo, and I love playing it, but I cant get my circular breathing down. I've only had it for a few days, so I know its going to need a lot more practice.

  • Awesome style, this is my favorite style from anyone I've ever heard.

  • This is really cool, good job

  • wow!!! i wanna learn!

  • Remember having a-few lessens when I was little. Trying to play again now 12 year later I can't get those complex sound out. Plus I'm playing on a dige way to big for my mouth. I'll have to track down some bee wax.

  • Nice man sounds good. I'm getting one too. I hope I learn as fast. I heard its not too bad to learn though.

  • What kind of didge is that? I wanna get it

  • 4:06 a ghost comes in.

  • I hope to play as well as you played.. it was amazing to listening.

    Cheers from Portugal

  • Whats the length and approx. bore of that didj?

  • Absolutely awesome!

  • I have a didgeridoo very similar to that one.

  • Very Nice . Thanks for sharing

  • I've always found it interesting that

of all the places that need sound

    dampening, one's bathroom is it

would seem to be the most acoustically

    astute place in one's home!

  • how hard was learning the circular breathing?

  • Bro ...You have no idea, this is crazy awesome.

  • Dude, this is fucking awesome! :D

  • Of all the places to play your didgi - in the latrine??!!! :) Man, that has got to creep out people who come visit you, but heck!! It's your talent, and from the sound of it (literally), you ROCK!!!! Does it sound better in a closed area, or doesn't it matter (just wonder w you were playing in the latrine. :) ). My Pan flute sounds best when it echoes in a large area (for it to echo); just wondering if it's the same with the didgi

    YOU ROCK!!!!

  • does playing didge regular affect your vocal cords? e.g. deepen the voice?

  • Awesome man, how long did you practice for on average per day??

  • awesome!!!!!!!!

  • Wow, really good!

  • Sehr gut!

  • Nice performance dude, nice relaxed style of playing

  • Beautiful mellow sounds. I love the animal sounds! Bravo!

  • Very good!

  • awesomesauce.. I just started learning this instrument myself.. how long til You mastered circular breathing? That's been the hardest so far for me..

  • Looks like a PCV pipe... im practicing with that. nice

playing in your bathroom where no one can see you... people outside say " god damn what kind of shit is he taking" XD no offence....

  • Ok... I just started 6 weeks ago and alrady doing circular breathing... but far far behind from where you are... so nice to see you going far, and sharing it... will keep you as a 10 month reference and will respond witha video 10 months later...

  • Hey what kind of camera was this shot on? And what did you do to get the film effect?

    Btw FUCKING BADASS DIDJI

  • how long did it take you to learn circular breathing?

  • Awesome....I've been practicing on and off for a couple years and am nowhere close to that. Are you circular breathing or bounce breathing? KILLER jaw drops too!

  • I just ordered a didgeridoo.

When I manage to play like this I'm gona be so happy!

  • I just got a didgeridoo and am trying to teach myself how to play, and I have to say that this really inspired me to keep on going. Just 10 months? Pure talent :)

  • Awesome!!!!

  • Need help getting the drown out of my didge, have no idea why i cant, i can play 10 other instruments so far but not this one.. help?

  • is echt gail ich bin 13 und kann auch schon recht gut spielen aber spiel es seid n halben monat

  • That sounds amazing, got some natural talent there you have. Im going to have a go at it myself.

  • like the natural location^^

  • Impressive, especially for playing less than 1 year. Well done!

  • Killer work. I've played for about 4 years, and am right around your skill level here and you've only played for 10 months in this video? Nicely done.

  • Damn, that's some good playing. I've gone so far as to make a mouthpiece for my Didj five minutes agi, so I have a long way to go. Diggin' the music, man.

  • wow. how long did it take you to get the circular breathing down so well? good work!

  • nice goin, started last week and am getting the hang of circular breathing now. Can't seem to do vocalization out though, not enough space between lips or air escaping, or simply coming through nose instead <.<

  • I learned the basics when a friend of mine had one and i just put in an order for a cheap one, i figure i'll practice, get my breathing and things down, THEN buy a good one.

  • This is amazing !! I just got a very cheap didgeridoo but my first thought is that it does not produce the sound like yours. It's 52 inches long. Am I right or just don't know how to play it?

  • @piterfromwawa a little bit of both. a well practiced didge player can make all sounds on any didge. just how they come out is different from didge to didge.

  • @piterfromwawa On one of my training CD's it's stated that what you hear is not what others hear. The player hears a lot of sound from the vibrating bones of his own head. To get a better idea of what you sound like to others, move to the bathroom like Rodrik does.

  • splendid !!! i like it !!!!!

  • super, wenn ich mal so weit wäre :-)

  • there is a poltergeist that opens your bathroom door at about 2:08? do you know about it?

  • were u circular breathing?

i can do that too lol

  • Great!

  • I started last week and all I can do is about a 30 second fart. This is unreal. I wish I could get tones like that - very nicejob.

  • HAHAHAHAAA i laffed and laffed

  • That's great. I hope I can get that good with practice.... thanks for posting.

  • best place to be playing iv been playing maybe 2 or 3 months and im pretty good.

  • nice sound..which tuning is it? D?

  • Love the gentle dove coo's mixed in with the rythm. Very impressive for only 10 months :D

  • What key is your didg in, and where did you get it from?

  • how do you do that squak?

  • man... your good. i cant wait tlil i get circular breathing down...

  • Dude, forget the strepsil, you need an enema after honking on this down under instrument....but I will pass this on to some of the guys in the castro district...they will love you

  • you play very well in 10 months!!

i play for 3-4 months and i have circular breath but i don't have many ideas to imagine rythms...in this video, what kind do you use ?

  • Great sound !! Very helpful for people like me coming along a few months behind you with the didge. We're looking for direction and challenges and this is it !!

  • Cojones eres de España y yo escribiendote en ingles...jaja un saludo

  • Awesome

  • sehr schön ....

  • its done by dropping your jaw down :-)

  • how do you do 1.15? when the sound drops, tryed like fuck for ages =)

  • Just drop your jaw and push with your diaphragm...keep didgin

  • i tuck my didge in and put my plillow under it when i go out

  • very good

  • Great cicular breathing. Nice drones, sounds great. some more rhythem and voice would add a cool touch. Get tha ta ta ti ti ta going on and you'll be even better. Great playing though, ya learn fast. =D

  • mine is still in the mail i have never scene one in real life let alone play one

  • damn this makes me want to learn

  • sweet! I play now for about one year too, and I nearly play as good. I think you should do more rythm, the sounds are really great. but the rythm.. i mean its very good, but you qould variate it more! well, check out my didge vid, and tell me what you think please. greets, ben

  • LOL

I've been playing for 2 years now, and I'm still not as good. I guess the trick is to play it EVERY day. Great playing, keep it up.

  • the trick is the quantity but also how HARD you play :D (quality :p)

  • entao rodrigo....tudo bem..curto do video, agr tens k por um a dizer 1 ano..Fica fixe;P

  • Excellent Didgeplaying Amigo.

ive been playing for about 2 monthes now. I hope to be as good as you in 8 more monthes =)

    Keep it up!

  • hi there

nice playing especially for your 10 months :)

if you want some advice to progress, I noticed that you breathe with your chest instead of using your guts : when the air comes in, your chest isn't supposed to move, you have to push with the bottom of your stomach so the lungs stretch down and can take more air... that's how human being is supposed to breathe ;) search the web for more explanations it's really worth it if you play a musical instrument, especially the didge :p

  • Yes, this is very important, especially if you play a lot and if you play fast rhytms. Infact a used to do your same mistake and I had some pain to my chest.

Take a lot of care about this!

Good to be 10 moths anyway. :-)

  • Thanks for the advice, ill be aware of it,i think my chest moves because i push the diaphragm strongly, but ill try to be conscious of it,any suggestions to make it different?

  • Impressive Rodri!! Waw!! I wish I am able to listen to it live next time I am there!!! Me encanto!! Parece que lo hicieras sin esfuerzo!! Que bueno verte!! Besos, Xime de Uruguay!!

  • Bravo!

keepup the good work, you are doing great!

  • you have great posture and a natrual talent. i just wish i had the posture LOL!

great work. i would reccommend to make a "didge box" for accoustic amplification. basicly a box, with 3 sides taken off, leaving a "corner" simple to make, amazing results!

    :)

  • Not so difficult to have this posture, just cross your legs as much as possible comfortably and your back becomes straight automatically;.)

    Thanks for the box tip...

  • oh yeahhhh :D

A ver si podemos encontrarnos pronto y tocar juntos :-) VIVA PORTUGAL !! *Blessings* _houbero_
