Arashi no Yoru Ni was published in Japanese textbooks by Mitsumura Tosho Publishing. In 2005, Gisaburō Sugii directed an animated film adaption covering all seven books in the series.

I have to say. This is possibly the best Arashi no Yoru ni AMV I've EVER seen. It's wonderful. ^_^

But the opening openingsequence is far too long (about a minute and a half), and its mood and tone is diametrically different from the AMV itself. I like the AMV part, but the opening is jarring every single time.

Still, magnificent AMV and good choice of song.

I agree with what you said in the description though, Raw/Dub versions of a show are good to use in a good AMV. Subtitles DO get in the way. But are often good when you're watching the actual show. But yeah. I get what you mean.

Believe me I tried forever to find the RAW, I found a couple of torrents but most of them were dead. I just had to work by with fast editing before subs came on the screen.

Hey, good job! I completely agree with you about the subtitles being capable destroying a good AMV, but I think that it can be better to just bear them if the alternative is an overly choppy video. You were right- the white cuts got a bit irritating, but they weren't all that bad either. I can't decide whether or not it would be better less choppy with subtitles, or as it is.

I quite liked your use of the Old Movie affect, and then moving on to the scene of them staring into each other's eyes. Very effective. Quite a good job, overall! It's good to see such a nice movie as Arashi no Yoru Ni getting attention.
