Some 14 year olds can drive well. Devin is a rare case he has been primed to do this from a very early age. I just watched him last weekend as a 16 yr old and he is a special individual with great talent for what he is doing. Great job devin keep going like hell

This shows that a 14 year old can drive a car very well. I think that they should lower the driving age to 14 for high school students. because next year I will be in high school
