Souwer's just better in every aspect. Slightly better punching, better blocking, better kicks, better in the clinch, much better cardio... This fight is 'how to beat a good kickboxer 101'.

@Blahb27 from what I see, Kyshenkos throws and lands more strikes, more power punches, controls the ring and is able to sustain aggression. Sure, Souwer blocks a lot but many still get through. Bottom line is first 2 rounds strikes landed for Kyshenko is higher then for Souwer the way I see it.

kyshenko has explosive power, but he doesn't seem to use it. Could kill that dutch guy but he put no strenght in his strikes. IHe needs a good coach and more phisical preparation. and a lot of bad attitude, he needs will to hurt the other...

In the post-fight interview Kyshenko talks about being headbutted by Souwer in the first round and that he was boxing with one eye. I can definitely see the cut on his eye but where is the headbutt?

Blahb, I do not agree with you. Arthur is more agressive and presses the opponent very often. He had more power punches than Andy, and Souwer did not manage to block many of them. I consider this fight as a victory of Arthur.

Moreover, last year Andy was better prepared to fight with Kyshenko, but lost, while it was clear draw.

Try to keep a count I'd say. Kyshenko seems to attack more often, but he scores less because Souwer's defense is just great.

Later on in the fight, Kyshenko gets tired, and the difference in quality becomes obvious.

I was even surprised they put in a 4th round, after Souwer won the 2nd and 3rd. By the end of the third round Kyshenko was very tired, while Souwer kept going like it was just a warmup, and he hadn't taken a single punch yet.

2R: LK-10/7, P-7/6, Knees-1/1, BP-3/5. Poziom agresywności obu zawodników również był zbliżony. Dałbym więc remis w obu. Statystyki zadanych ciosów w 3R są już całkowiecie dla Souwera: LK-17/7, P-15/8, K-4/1, MiddleKicks-1/1 + zmęczenie Artura. Po trzech rundach dałbym 30/29 dla Andy'ego

I'm Kyshenko's biggest fan and wanted him to win this fight. But he punches himself out throwing bombs, swinging and missing. Works at a lower level of the sport, but not against the tournament's very best.

And Souwer, a great all-rounder, is one of the legends of the tournament. He's a supreme strategist. And he was just that bit quicker off the mark than Arthur.

Souwer and Buawkaw fought 2 years ago, they're both different fighters now. Souwer has improved over time, more skilled and looking like he's put on 10lbs more on his frame. While Buawkaw seems to have slowed down, I haven't been impressed with him as of late.
