It's more like a client-side 'glitch'. It is definitely not a cheat. You really only shoot the first bullet and that is the only one that does any damage.

@RockafellaJayDee you can record it by using the startmovie command in console. You will get a lot of pictures that can be compiled by using virtualdub, and then just insert it into windows movie maker so you can edit it

UMP is great in real life. What are you talking about? It fires .45 Caliber rounds. I know it has a slow rate of fire, but it's just a MAC 10 with a slower ROF and smaller clip size, but it's EXTREMELY accurate.
