Add to it the fact that Windows 98 was still an acceptable alternative to XP, and even some card readers required drivers to work in 98. Nowadays, card readers are very inexpensive, however, in the early 2000's, that wasn't the case, so it's easy to understand why some people would have difficulties dealing with the situation in the video. =)

i should say that the camera was retarded not the Windows or the PC.
Any Cam should be plug and play and not require any bullshit driver with apps with it.
It's just a removable device.
