After ur life review, if u find out u didn't fulfill your goals while on earth, you are given the options, and reincarnation is one of them. Read about Howard storm, he's an atheist who became a pastor after his experience. there's always a chance for souls to fulfill their goals and i believe sometimes, people chose to come back to help mankind in a way. Amusing to see the "cafeteria style" manner in which westerners embrace various aspects of the belief, only to leave aside the disagreeable ones. Like being reborn as an insect, or a rat. I just looked this up because my 3 year old grandson just told me a few days ago that "he remembers being an old man". I asked him if he was married when he was old and he said yes. The only thing is, I asked him what his name was (I meant back then) and he said his current name. I always wondered if he was my dad since he used to cry when I would drop him off at his parent's house (my son & his wife) and want to stay with ME.

I agree mate. Shermer is totally deluded and even the sight of his mush gets on my wick. Science cannot explain everything as those of us who are rational already know. Quantum physics, dark energy, dark matter, neutrinos, etc, science has no answer for. Although, the Law of Conservation of Energy states, "energy can neither be created or destroyed, but transformed from one form to another". The case of James Leininger or The Scole Experiments are the best examples.

In the bible there were people who had died and were brought back to life. Nowhere, is it reported that the revived, or resurrected persons related what had been going on during their dead time. Why? I think it is because those stories were not told the way they really happended. The stories were tampered with.

I listened to it, and there, " Rondo Alla Turca" came up, has soon as I heard it, I started to have flashes of strange memories and I felt dizzy; my dad could not believe how I knew that Mozart played that music. It's not as clear as as the memories of past locations, faces and events that some children have, but it seems there's something buried in your subconscious that's related to ancient Greece and to other epochs. Yeah maybe a past life regression would shed more light on what you experienced when you were a child.

The little boy "referred to as Sam" is actually a kid called "Gus" in another show with the same story. Gus told his dad the same exact thing when he was 1 1/2 while his dad was changing his diaper. The kid "SAM" in this video is not the real kid. The real person is Gus (August).

A strong alternative explanation to transmigration is what we do and do not know about psychic transfer, non-local empathetic sensitivity (well proven) and its implications, etc. By no means, in my view, does "reliving" or remembering indicate the act of reincarnating on this earth. My daughter was at the age when she could only say a few words, not really "sentences".
