  • Mmmhmm dat Michigan Defense! Go Blue!

  • Welcome to the Big Ten! Tell Scott Frost to go cry some more

  • the receiver on Nebraska fumbled twice!

  • We should probably get used to sour grapes like Dantonio and Pelini now that we're likely to start beating them consistently. As much as I feel Rich Rod got a raw deal, it seems like the rest of the Big Ten was enjoying being able to beat us a little too much.

  • HUSKER FAN HERE... just wanna say that you gotta feel sorry for lavonte david. the guy does everything to try and help his team win. he had SEVENTEEN tackles but then his own teams offense screws him by fumbling the ball like 15 fuckin times. whatever whats done is done. congrats michigan, good luck next year. hopefully we dont get blown out again next year...

  • @URpoopstinks2

Welcome to the big ten ;)

Nice to have another powerful team. Big Ten will have a national championship soon.

  • 10:26 this guy is way underrated.

  • didnt get to watch this game because i was at work but looking at these highlights it looks like special teams killed nebraska. poor fundamentals in not protecting the football.

    GO BLUE!!

  • If you watch the deep ball that Roundtree caught, look @ the ref he was so close to throwing a flag...most likely Offense PI too...good no call! lol

  • welcome to the big ten huskers

  • This was by far the most complete game Michigan has played since the Lloyd Carr era

  • Man if michigan beats VT in suger they most likely will be top ten to start next year. They play alabama as there first game next year and if they beat them........trouble

  • @noahJetPlane what's with the if BS Michigan will beat va tech and will beat alabama

  • @jgonyer38 one team down one more to go

  • Nebraska fans are going Penn State on this video with all the ref bitching. I guess the Alamo Bowl never happened.

  • Nebraska fans stop crying. Michigan had more yards which including 230+ rush yards, won the turnover battle (+2), won time of position, made more first downs (24-11), were better on third down conversions, and just out played Nebraska. There were some bad calls, but Michigan outplayed Nebraska in all phases of the game. Move on and stop bitching.

  • @zwem6 no crying from this Husker fan, no excuses. Michigan showed up, Nebraska did not. Props to the Wolvies, an excellent team wtih an excellent program and history. Just dont forget Big Red beat two teams Mich lost to. Y'all got your revenge from the Alamo Bowl . Props. This will be an excellent rivalry and I am very glad Nebraska is now a part of this conference. It will be competitive and overall the fans are more respectful.

  • @LincolnBoy71 Now there's a good football fan. And the Big10 is a much better conference with Nebraska in it. Good to have you guys.

  • @tbraasch Yeah. Our best secondary player sat out AN ENTIRE SERIES GETTING TREATMENT ON THE SIDELINE just to give the rest of the D a breather for one play.

In a game where they only allowed 17 points.

Do you have any idea how stupid you sound?

  • @parkinggod actually the rules say that an injured player has to sit out for an entire series before going back in. whether he faked the injury or not i dont know...all i can say is that he didnt look hurt.

  • @URpoopstinks2

Yeah, some random asshole spectator is definitely the most qualified person to judge the magnitude of an injury. Why the shit would KOVACS fake an injury, especially if that rule is in place? I'm sure the trainer was faking treatment during his entire stay on the sideline, too.

Fuck Bo Pelini. Accusing the other team of misconduct in a blowout without warrant is classless.

  • @TheZooCrew im just telling you what i saw. no need to get hostile. also kovacs would fake an injury because nebraska was picking up momentum at that time and the defense needed a break (not that it mattered). also you wanna talk about being an asshole? look at your comment. you got all kinds of defensive when i was merely stating my opinion. i never trashed michigan in any way... no need to get your panties in a bunch. also you wanna talk about classless? like i just stated you're attacking

  • @TheZooCrew (cont.) a husker fan for stating his opinion. and then you attack pelini for expressing his thoughts about the matter as well. but i'll just have to assume or at least hope that you dont represent the majority of the michigan fan base with your asinine, hypocritical and irrational method of discussing a minor topic.

  • @tbraasch ...and the other guy who 'faked' an injury (Brennen Beyer)? He did such a good job faking it that he missed the Ohio game too.

Now *that's* dedication to method acting.

  • @parkinggod Hell yeah, fuck you tbraasch

  • @tbraasch lol your stupid as hell

  • @tbraasch lol dude it didn't matter if michigan faked an injury or not.. Nebraska is a bad football team.. Martinez blows as a QB.. He has such a poor throwing motion he will never be any kind of a threat against teams with a decent D. He throws like someone who has never thrown a football before.

  • @tbraasch thats silly

  • Ohio who?

    GO BLUE

  • Go Blue!

    Beat Ohio STate

  • By the way, not to be a complainer but the officiating in this game was atrocious! The Mich wr clearly pushed off at the :30 spot of the video. And the roughing the kicker penalty, which you conveniently left out, was so bad that Nebraska sent the video of that to the Big Ten office to be reviewed. It's bad enough Michigan totally outplayed my Huskers. We didn't need the refs to be blind and biased.

  • @spiderdragon1969

The officiating was atrocious, but both of your examples are bullshit.

Roundtree didn't push off...he and Dennard were both looking for the ball and collided. That's called incidental contact. Dennard just fell down. This is obvious from any angle.

Roughing the kicker involves touching any part of either of the punter's legs if you don't hit the ball. Refs have called that consistently for years and years. Nebraska just can't read the rules, apparently.

  • @TheZooCrew If you think the Michigan receiver didn't push off then you are as blind as the refs were that day. A ref has the discretion of whether or not to throw a flag on a roughing the kicker play that did not involve any physical contact. The roughing the kicker call was clearly a bad call. Again, I notice that the roughing penalty was conveniently left out of this video. That speaks volumes.

  • @spiderdragon1969 Complain all you want about the officiating, after the 2005 Alamo Bowl Michigan was owed big time. That game was so bad the announcers were commenting on it.

  • @spiderdragon1969

Why would a penalty be considered a Michigan highlight?

No contact? Are you blind or just willfully ignorant? Watch the plant foot at 18:45.

    /watch?v=q1tsiKmh7wM&t=18m45s

    That is automatic.

  • @spiderdragon1969

if you call a push off, then there is a defensive pass interference as well, and the punt, well, just like every punter in college (including nebraskas) and in the NFL, thats what they are taught to do when they are touched, get over it

  • @spiderdragon1969 roughing the kicker? theres no penalty there because after he picked up the fumbled ball he became the runner. If you were NEVER able to hit the kicker than he could just walk right up the middle every play. And one missed pass interferance call wasn't exactly a deciding factor in this game, we beat you by 4 TDs.

  • As a die hard Husker fan, it pains me to watch this. Congrats Michigan. You guys have a very talented team and an excellent game day atmosphere. At the beginning of the year I penciled this game in as a loss for my Huskers. Nebraska is a team of freshmen and sophomores. They only have 20 seniors on their 140 man roster. My young Huskers are learning some tough lessons and are a team of the future. Next year will be our year! But way to go BLUE. Congrats on a very well played game.

  • is it bad that watching this turns me on?

  • /watch?v=8I7nugVlDlA

  • omg thats gotta be the ugliest arm in college football. lmao T-broke

  • Toussaint has improved so much, next year this guy is gonna be even better and thats scary

  • Yea that kick was made at 2:00

But Matt Wile once made a 63 yard field goal...in high school! When he starts being field goal kicker, then we are guaranteed 3 points almost every time we get past the 40

    Anyway...BEAT OHIO!

    GO BLUE!

  • For one I dont mind the announcers on this one. Urban is a nice addition to the Big 10 crew

  • Wow, this D is so fun to watch again!. Think about when Jake Ryan and Desmond Morgan become Jr's and SR's and with the 2012 class hopefully shaping up to be the best Michigan has had in a while. Look out Michigan will be a force again! Yuri Wright, Shaq Thompson, Stefon Diggs, and Bri'onte Dunn come be part of something that is destined to be GREAT! GO BLUE...

  • i think now @xHaterofHatersx has to agree that Michigan isn't overrated, seeing as to how we beat a team that destroyed MSU (ND) and destroyed a team that destroyed them (Nebraska)

and if he doesn't respect us yet, well...in the great words of xHaterofHatersx himself, a big hurrrr durrrr to you jackass

  • glad i went to this game im going next week ...... Beat OHIO...BEAT OHIO thumbs up `if your going

  • I'm a huge Michigan fan living in Lincoln. I get bragging rights for at least the next year because of this game! GO BLUE!!!

  • This Is Michigan!

    GO BLUE!

  • Wow...I watched this game and i was astonished at how good their defense was, It reminds me of what MSU did to Michigan a couple weeks ago, they DOMINATED

  • @noahJetPlane

haha, wasn't similar at all. Michigan had a shot to win that game near the end still...Nebraska was done after the 3rd qtr

  • Mike Martin finally playing like an all american this year.

  • Is it me or is it more exciting to watch the michigan defense even over the offense this year? Go blue!!!

  • @RV9007 I completely agree! Although I'm always anxious to watch Toussaint run, it's a thing of beauty.

  • This team, this game, this video, and this channel. <3

  • you have no idea how much this win means to me. im a michigan fan who has to live in omaha nebraska, and the huskers are all i hear about, and how "they were the real 97 champs" and all the assorted lunacy. fuck nebraska! now, youre next buckeyes!!! time to die!

  • Haha....."its a free ball"

  • Was it just me, or were the announcers very hard on Denard. The whole game, Urban Meyer kept bashing Denard's passing and how he has not been running as well. The reason that Denard is not putting up the rushing numbers from last year is because the defenses have had time to prepare for him by using spies and such. But Denard is Denard and is still putting up VERY good numbers. Go blue!

  • @playerricky4

Meyer was kind of a dick during the entire game, and it was almost funny...after the interception, he went off on how Denard can't pass worth a crap (this is the guy who worshiped Tebow, herp derp). Meanwhile, Denard's busy driving down the field and getting a touchdown. Bahaha.

  • @TheZooCrew Exactly, some of these color commentators are so adamant with the things they say, but yet half the times they aren't even true. Denard proved them wrong though.

  • that school in ohio goes down next week...wish we would have beat MSU,that championship would be ours...

  • @PNAS99 wish we would have beat Iowa too :(
