What do you mean "white" countries? This happened in the 16, 17, 18, 1900's here in the Americas to indigenous native cultures; white people did this to my ancestors. More recently in Bosnia, the former Yugoslavia - white people against (also white) Muslim population. Ignorance of history is part of the reason it keeps happening. In Darfur it's largely b/c of Chinese oil intrests corrupting the Sudan Gov't thus funding the Junjeweed (don't know how to spell it). Also in Muramar (formerly Burma).
