Sir looks like a tailstrike,because i saw a litle smoke coming from the tail,in the beginner i though that was the wheel set but no smoking come from the set of wheel so where that smoke come from?
Did you rotate more than 2 or 3 degree's per second?I'm not try to correct you because your vid's just show the right things at all,the question is only about the smoke on take off.
That's a little flaw in FS2004. I've replayed that takeoff many times and the smoke only appears when I'm recording with fraps, very annoying but can't do anything about it.

Nope. If you look carefully from 0.47, the tail is close to the ground on rotation but there's no tailstrike.
