    try his advanced stuff, youll be surprised.

    dude knows his stuff, dont judge him by one of his beginner routines that are for out of shape house moms and dads, not totally ripped kids who do crunches till they achieve chronic posterior pelvic tilt.

  • i think you should strive for bigger goals in life than being able to see 6 muscles in your mid section. why do you have to have a 6 pack? And if you think it's for the ladies, think again, their not as shallow as you are
