Just so you all know this show wasn't fixed.  The Finale was shot 2 months before the season even premiered. I was in the audience and watched Aaron win. That was late march beginning of april.

Hey, quit hatin on Aaron. Sure, he had some problems on camera at first, but you gotta admit he has an awesome personality when he doesn't get choked up. Personally, I'm glad Adam was sent packing. I dont have anything against him, but I felt like he shoulda went home a long time ago. There's a whole lotta Aaron hate, here, jeez! Aside the fact that a black guy was among the 1st to go, did anyone really expect the culinary school grads to host their own show? I mean, an "expert" in French cuisine who's never been to France doesn't have much credibility. Besides, Adam was carried along on his personality for the whole show. The show wasn't just about culinary skills, it was also about personal appeal, and Aaron is a likeable guy who served up some good dishes.

Watch his audition video--that's who they wanted, that's who they got. He was cooking with his son talking to him in the background. From what I've read, his sons will be on the show. Kind of like Paula Dean, only not from the south. He's from Camden NEW JERSEY!! It seems like most of the network is from Georgia.

I do admit that I think the Judges gave Aaron another chance. FN has introduced a few new shows with African American cooks, which I felt they really needed. It's called being difirsified, (sp?) for you people that are playing the race card. Nobody was complaining when the channel was all white, (except for that 1 Asian show with Ming Sai).

Honestly if Neepa wasn't a head case, I would of liked to have seen her. She would of brought to FN Indian cooking, which it doens't have.

I wouldn't say I have a least favorite. Really I liked them all- Adam, Kelsey, and Lisa. I really liked Kelsey's personality but I could see where she fell short - but in the end Aaron's came through and I like his show. I learn on his show - it's cool except like I said before, he uses A LOT of butter... But I'm really excited about Guy Fieri's live show that's coming on in Sept- I LOVE "Triple D" as he calls it. I love Michael Chiarello's show and I like Aaron's show I really LOVE THEM ALL!

Being insulting doesn't make your weak point strong. Tell me this. How many challenges did Aaron win? How many challenges did Lisa clean up at? It is debatable that Adam should not have won -- couldn't cook that great but could entertain. Aaron was constantly coached and given the benefit of the doubt. When he TANKED the 2nd to the last challenge, they passed all three. Did they give that same benefit to Kelsey? No. And she cleaned up on SEVERAL of the challenges.

Regarding Aaron - It doesn't necessarily have to be a race thing - he could be Bob Tuschman's brother or maybe Aaron paid them to win (sarcastic). BUT ANY WAY YOU SLICE IT, HE DIDN'T DESERVE TO WIN. I knew Aaron was gonna win, because he did have a lot of qualities that the other's didn't. But, everyone has their weak spots. And given time, I think any one of them would improve. You don't win a championship in a day.

Let's be very objective........ Adam had too many chances and still ended up as a finalist. Adam- Not a good cook, lacked food knowledge and used jokes to shadow his ineptness. Aaron- Great cook, very knowledgeable, humble; however, couldn't connect with the camera.

If that's really what happened, the whole show was a fix. Especially when Aaron blew his penultimate challenge, his buffet and presentation were HORRIBLE. He deserved to go home right the and there. I like Lisa and I think she has the most culinary talent in the field, but she, too, seems to lose it when in front of the camera. Adam should have won the show. They never gave him a chnce to show what he's got in terms of food until the buffet, which he won, and his personality is he best. BS.

Because Adam was better in front of the camera than everyone else and when he finally was awesome at the penultimate challenge, as was Lisa, Aaron was horrible and should ahve been sent home, but snce the whole thing was a fix, they faied to send Aaron home. Adam was better in front of the camera than Lisa and so he should have won.
