The boy probably doesn't know that he needs to hold the kitten more gently. The adults need to show him, and I'm sure he WOULD handle it with more care. And I agree, there's no call to call it ugly. i think i know why da kitten has two faces, it is due to the chromosones which basically makes up the genes in every living being. The kttens genes may of contain a couple of chromosones above the maximum which for Humans is 23. This may lead to the kitten growing disabled or dis figured just like a disabled child in the human being race. Dat boy has to take special care for dat kitten as it's unison meows dat it makes, determines dat the two faces shares the one brain that may be fragile.

I heard of a two-faced kitten named Gemini. My paternal grandmother adopted a cat that was originally my next-door neighbors', but they were do critically allergic, that they couldn't let her inside. Just before she got taken in, she suffered such bad neglect, that we had to look after her (keep a heat lamp in the garage, and occasionally let her in the basement, but not let our previous cat, Trudy, see her and scream out loud!)
