  • the suspension looks horrible

  • Rick Johnson was right...."if Bailey never got hurt things would have been diffrent". Bailey was one of the worlds best at the sport.

  • Sooooooo smooth. Watch and learn young lings.

  • I remember him an the opening for motoworld. He was jumping a triple from right to left and if looked big. Of course it also looked smooth:)

  • smoothest rider i chill wif his grandpa bob and dad gary and his cuz and stepbrother kinda person there all cool

  • My favorite rider of all time...just smooth as butter...hard working and hard riding...he's goes fast but looks like he's just idling...LEGEND is correct smviking...

  • Absolute legend!

A GREAT era! For Moto X and Super X esp US Euros too had lots of great riders, not as gifted maybe but many names!

Bob 'Hurricane' Hannah was my all time hero though, DB and Hurricane in 83 and RJ vs DB in 86 battles were legendary!

  • I got to meet david at the pontiac supercross he's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

  • young riders of today should take a look back at the greats of the past..tru champions! Look up Bob Hannah while your at it!

  • haha just bought a klx110 from his son, sean bailey at escondido cycle center today. =)

  • He came to my race last weekend

  • Bailey raced at the most competitive time in AMA history and was one of the best. He was an outstanding racer that just made a career ending mistake. He was very fast while looking like he was not even breaking a sweat.

  • I raced with his Dad..Gary Bailey back in the early 70,s..His dad was super smooth and had the greatest balance of any rider i ever saw

  • I remember how fast He was going through the Whoops. He gave new meaning to the word "Fluid". He worked with the machine, not against it. smart rider too, one of the best ever.

  • David Bailey is motcross

  • Still alive though paralyzed. He spent a couple years as a commentator for supercross and motocross on ESPN. He does Ironman wheelchair competitions.

  • did he die hes great iff he did how

  • Baily was the King of Smooth. That guy never looked like he was working very hard but could go so fast.

  • Wow! Graet footage of David Bailey. Thanks for sharing that with us!

  • man he was an amazing rider before his wreck in 87.
