Can I point out another channel that deserves to be up there? Ever heard of BlueXephos/The Yogscast? They make awesome gaming videos and their thumbnails are about their content (granted, some are too flashy, but it's not misleading). I highly suggest you go and look at their content, you'll enjoy it.

Many people know them from their youtube videos, and they NEVER say leave a comment or fave this video... And look at them now, they're actually getting paid real well by either SNL (lonelyisland) and Nickelodeon (Fred)...
