Yep, it's true, the first look counts, and you only get a second or so...so the headshot has to be good and also reflect your current looks. After that, if they think your headshot fits the 'type', they will look further at your resume which must be compiled following current film industry guidelines. If these things are both correctly done (showing you understand their requirements) and you have a little bit on your resume.. you just might get called in for an interview.
