What camera are you using? By any chance it is a Casio Exilim S880? I had the Exilim S880 and the video was Fantastic (MPEG 4 MOV files) but it also had that blue line whenever pointed at a light source. Who cares if the video is that great. Is this from a Casio Exilim S880?
Thanks. It's a good thing you didn't buy the Casio Exilim S880 because the thing stopped working after 3 weeks. I would turn it on, and it would turn itself right off. I returned it. Bought an Olympus FE-340 instead; same price range -- $200 -- 8.1 MPixel stills, 5x optical zoom, and pretty good video. But I miss that Casio video. Best video on the market for a still camera. I had the previous Casio model, the 770; it was a workhorse with great video but the 880 has bad ratings on the internet.
