about that shiel defense, I suggest having shield and shoes enchanted with 100 enchanting against fire and ice. it will give u maxed [cap is 80%] resistance to both, which may or may not be stackable with shield elemental defense perk. since there are no storm dragons in game, u get max elemental defence this way

A shield can help against a dragon when they land. You can bash them in the face with your shield real quick and it causes them to stagger and you'll stop smelling their onion breath. As far as the spells go, I'd recommend at least getting the novice resto perk because it helps a lot with the Healing spell.

You can open an unlocked container even if it says "steal from" on it as long as you don't take any items that are in red. Also, you can look into people's pockets (using pickpocket) without it being considered a crime as long as you don't steal anything. The things that will get you busted are taking items in red when you are being seen (stealth-eye open) and attempting to unlock containers while being seen. You can even activate a locked container, so long as you don't attempt to unlock it.
