Was just wondering why you left out some very important information about how to preserve the patches, covering the hole...etc. also you mention the smell "nice"...I agree, but a description of the smell would be helpful for the novice...think "cinnamon"...Hard to mistake once learned. Nice documentary...I live on the Oregon coast and pick commercially. lobsters, Boletes, Chantrelles, yellow feet, cauliflower, hedgehogs, morels...even some truffels...Love me some shrooms!
