Let's us not forget the prison industrial complex as well which has more to do with it than the medical side of it. Some are profiting in a very big way out of making an otherwise decent person into a criminal for putting something into their body that doesn't hurt anybody but the user. It doesn't really hurt the user but it effects the user should I say. You're now in the system and they have the right to intrude into your life whenever they feel like it now that you're in the criminal system
