i love Chozo but it is the ghost version...corrupted by the phazon and destroyed by the spase pirates and now they kill all thing that visit their sacred places.....GREAT!!!

U need more fatter neck. IN super metroid u fight a chozo statue and damage ( REPEAT: NOT KILL) it badly and it fleds. then after you are ready to get revenge on ridley u fight him again , FULLY remade and stronger. defeat him again, and he will fled again, quickly healing.and before u find the adult baby metroid u will find your chozo statue buddy drained of life and truly dead. so that the end of the chozo statue for good. ok thats it

umm...no, its called a torizo, and you DO kill it. then there is another one in norfair(ridley's section) and then destroy that, and another one in tourain, yet the "Super Metroid" (metroid LARVA grown larger due to feeding on the many creatures in tourain) drained it of its energy, so technicaly there are three torizos.(what do you think the minor explosions are when you kill them are for?

That was a Torizo, not a Chozo. You kill one, then you fight a golden one at a later point in the game.

In Super Metroid there are Chozo Statues that come to life & attack you. There are two. There is also a Chozo statue that helps you get the Gravity Suit & one that lowers the lava level. Also there is one that has been sucked dry in Tourian by the Metroids.

I'm pretty sure the evil ones are called Turizos. The chozo used to walk around but got wiped out. They're extinct. (poor chozo) =/

one more thing, those things above the arms,(that i presume use to be wings in the metroid universe)they actually come from the chozo shoulder (if you have the image gallery unlocked in the game, you can note that, from the chozo ghost picture)

The reason I put them on the neck and not the shoulder is because of how Spore animates. Put them on the shoulder and the game treats them as part of the arm and they flop around even more than they already do. They're just supposed to be vestigial wing buds.
