Hey ken just wanted to say that i remember using script thing at college back around 2000 and that i thought it was a great program. If I ever make that epic movie in my backyard it will be scripted on MMS haha
The nice thing is that if you want to create or import other 3Ds or Sketchup objects and get more technical, you can. That is the only thing I notice is that you will have to use a lot of basic objects and make a note of what you want things to look like. That is no big deal for me, most storyboards are simple sketches anyway and this makes your ideas look professionally storyboarded. It's nice to see what kind of shots you can do and what heights you will need the cameras at, etc.
It's specifically DESIGNED so that directors and cinematographers, etc. can focus on imagery, framing and so on rather than the mechanics of using a 3D program.
While FrameForge is extremely powerful and flexible, it can also be used at a very "basic" drag'n'drop level, and most people are creating useful work in it within a day or so, if not in a matter of hours.
Unlike most animation or 3D modeling program, there is absolutely NO programming, animation or graphic experience necessary.
Man this is great, good job.
