Well, the american version does have a beach now. There's that port Ceann that you can access from doing the quest and in 2 days there will be another beach you can go to on the new continent of Iria!
its coming out in the u.s soon, closed beta for north america is on jan. 30 which means its open to the public soon after. The version here though is the korean version i do believe.
