I think this is legit, i mean i really don't see how it could be faked. Everything from the music from the sfx and the random person turning in their quest near the beginning. Plus that guys IGN is registered on GMS rankings. Also i play MS with one hand all the time, and generally when theres a cut scene, i don't have my hands on the keyboard so maybe when all of the crazy happened he moved back with the screen and held the camera with 2 hands to keep it steady.
