The man in this video is none other than comedian John Kassir, who appropriately, played the voice of the Crypt Keeper from HBO's "Tales from the Crypt." The guy also has done several other voice over works over the years, even up to recently, even for video games. Most notable in this day and age, is his voice work in Halo 2.

At the time, I had never played Nintendo so I didn't really understand what this was all about, so I found this commercial really obnoxious.
