1) It's not the enhanced Gmenu (it has not been updated for the pandora yet, it's the gp32x menu)

2) It's fully customisable

This is really coming along nicely. 2 questions:

-Is the bottom bar a taskbar?

-Will we be able to change the wallpaper like usual?

It's not an OS. it's a GUI for launching programs, games, etc. You can change the background, as stated, it's GMENU just like from the 2x. If you want an OS, run ubuntu(has been done, look it up).
