It seems Iran is mentioned in a lot of situations and it seems inappropriate to use Iran to score points in this context and sounds like propaganda.

The radiation is not a big deal? Is he nuts ... radiation causes sections to be inhabitable. It causes cancer and diabetes etc... and takes thousands of years to go away.

Using a nuclear weapon to stem the oil flow should perhaps be only used as a last resort because this method carries great risks and might make the situation worse if it were to fail, however to bring Iran into the debate sounds bizzare. It implies that the U.S government is willing to allow the Gulf to be destroyed for purely political reasons. It seems Iran is mentioned in a lot of situations and it seems inappropriate to use Iran to score points in this context and sounds like propaganda.
