  • keep on rockin' guys, wnt to see more from you…

  • Simmons was never serious on nuking the leak. He just wanted to spread fear, hype, panic, and chaos in the stock market. The guy had massive short positions on BP stock. This was a Wall Street insider abusing his media connections to benefit his own back pocket.

  • This man Mike Pitts was taken advantage of by BP. All he wants is acknowledgement for his idea , his technology that stop the leak in the Gulf. see utube: Canadian engineer idea stops leak in the Gulf

  • Are Americans Crazy ? BP should get the rest of the oil out of that well. Just because peoples feelings have been hurt doesn't mean they should now pour salt into the wound ! Drill and get the rest of the oil out of that well before someone else gets it. Either we Americans take the oil for ourselves or be stupid and let our enemies take it to fuel their war machines and kill us. Don't be stupid. Let BP get the oil.

  • I'v heard it all now. Its OK to use nuclear weapons for harmful purposes but not to use them for peacful puposes. So ironic.

  • @KrackowKid I guess you heard it wrong, no one says using them for harmful purposes is OK...

  • @localdog I was been ironic about how their was a debate about using them for peaceful purposes. Don't be such a square. A Nuke should have been used from the start. The gusher was 18,000 feet down. Instead of wasting time and trying different ideas that had no certainty of working, it might have saved the Gulf. It's fucked now..dead..dead..dead. Conservative estimates put the oil spill at 5 million barrels in total. Hey, its your country, what do I care.

  • @KrackowKid But the thing is, setting off a nuke to plug the well is yet another untested theory which might, or might not, be effective. It could end up igniting the gases on the pocket where the oil resides, it could collapse the entire sea floor surrounding the well, who knows right? It could end up causing a disaster of monumental proportions. BP really fucked us all with this one. Damned if they do, damned if they don't. By the way, i'm in Canada so im safe... lol

  • @localdog The Russians previously used nukes at least five times to seal off gas well fires with a 20% failure rate, meaning it failed once and succeded 4 other times. I'm sure there would be top geologists and nuclear experts to ascertain the dangers. It's a small nuke there talking about anyway and as far I know, Nuclear bombs don't act the same way as conventional explosives. Its the creation of Fusion that seals the leak.

  • @KrackowKid are those deep sea wells or land wells the Russians nuked?

  • @localdog Dunno were they land or underwater

  • Matt Simmons was killed for saying this type of thing. He was right. It IS a sham and the whitehouse is on board.

  • Matt Simmons is now dead! Forget you even saw this video. Unless you have balls to speak out, go hide and watch your programming device. It has all the jazzy shows. NOAA report I have seen for myself, I have it here in front of me. There is no stopping the oil, and planes are out at night all over the area of the Gulf spraying dispersant. Something is going to happen this year that is very bad, this is not good. I can't believe how awful the truth has become...it's just insanity.

  • @vibratingstillness There's a Pale Horse ridin'

  • ''From the best scientific data that has been done''

Here you can hear the typical closet moron/self proclaimed specialist speak.

Of course for instance he could have said : ''the most compelling evidence is based upon new research data that a nuke would seal it off efficiently at that depth.

Or maybe: ''According to new research that has been done.....

Data is not someting you do, but something you gather...or process....

  • Back in April, Russia was one of the first countries to offer their assistance because they have direct experience with capping super deep blow-outs using nukes. They have in fact fused at least half a dozen in this manner. Although it's great entertainment to hype the fears of glowing, radioactive dolphins in the Gulf, the truth is little if anything is still alive down there. It's a dead zone. The White House and BP want this to get as nasty as possible to push their green agenda.

  • they didn't plug it already because why? they are looking to make the well work and stay in business?

  • matt: "relief wells doesn't have a chance of working"

  • Looks like nuking it is the only option. No one in officialdom wants to admit that but that is the only option. The argument that Iran would want to use nukes if we fuse the well this way is weak. If the oil is not stopped we are all dead

  • Guy is ignorant fool hydrocarbon particles can propagate radiation. LOL

  • hate to say it but we need to nuke it and fast

  • IraqI war vet? dumb newsbitch

  • Holy shit! Where do they get these 'newscasters' from? Retards from hell. They are dumber than 5 year-olds.

  • NUKE THE WELL

  • My kitchen faucet is leaking.................. Anyone got some dynamite?

  • Comment removed

  • they probably are not even trying to stop it....just letting it gush and gush until their evacuation

  • @jhaze918 well since you're so worried about it why dont you watch the elite and make sure they don't disappear all of a sudden then, how about that? lemme know..

  • CNBC would endorse using nukes in any situation, as long as the ponzi stock market keeps climbing.

  • Webbot predicts nuclear oil volcano radiation fallout millions dying as a result of it. Yell-ip normal operation for humans jump form pan into the fire.LOL

  • @HGSpaceTime kind of like nuking old faithful right? hmmm

  • @HGSpaceTime webbots have been wrong before, but i still bought it, i'm just saying

  • @isawanangel2 Future prediction is dicey at best like two slit particle wave paradox even the observer can effect an event outcome. Best thing you can do right now is be prepared basics, mobile and alert to current events.

  • @HGSpaceTime i dont want to see anyone wiped out, especially US, if they're gonna do it, they'll ease us into it, i'd assume, is that what this is?

  • @isawanangel2 Trust your gut it knows.

  • @HGSpaceTime we're tipping further, it's manmade..can we just focus on that for a second..watch?v=eNmYLvvE7iQ

  • NUKE'EM RICCO!!

  • @Richardcuz420 Service guarantees citizenship!!!

  • @Fitzcard What if I'm a Mexican?

  • @Richardcuz420 Absolutley, enlist today civilian!!!

  • number one if the casing is compromised why is the oil still coming out of the blowout preventer? two how do they know at what depth the casing is damaged in relation to the relief well?and nuclear bomb? at that depth at that pressure even if they could make it work these idiots are liable to screw it up and make the hole a half mile in diameter... at least the dinosaurs didnt do it to themseves... STUPID MONKEYS!!!

  • @cloogerdude CNBC is a REAL JOKE, that made fun of people who liked Gold in 2008 and now look what gold is doing

  • @cloogerdude If Obama was a real American President, he would be down there until this was over. Did you see that video of the British Petro CEO Bum in a bar in Texas having fun?

  • OH NO!!! NUKES FOR PEACEFUL PURPOSES, Come on sheeple, nukes are for mass killing. We sure as hell have not spent trillions of dollars to aleviate suffering , but to CAUSE suffering. Why, the very idea of using a nuke to PREVENT mass suffering is an abomination!

  • Let the experts speak instead of interrupting with frivolous questions...

  • ...now that I think about it... we should have put ourselves on the Endangered Species List, then we would have been required by Law to treat our "native habitat" with greater care......

  • @grizzzlyjoe LOL

  • @grizzzlyjoe A+++++++++!!!  Well said!!!!!

  • @tparbs Well, Thank you for that...!

  • Since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, we've been "terraforming" Earth into a planet that may not be able to support human life much longer... How smart was that!

  • nuking is a bad idea. It would seem more catastrophic. Tsunami caused by gas and nuke explosion

  • "It's all over now, Baby Blue....." Bob Dylan

  • From the same media that helped elect the current Pres we get "Hope is not a plan of action"

gee, hope can get a man elected but it's not a viable option for real world problems. who'd have thunk it 8^b

  • DO NOT NUKE THIS WELL...... CONTAIN IT. i CAN!!

  • Sea barges like the ones used to Carry OIL

  • Set ten barges over it full of pyrite then use shoots to poar it over the spumes it will go in after tons of it is poured it is heavy as gold and it will seal it forever please dont nuke it it will destroy america

    listen to me dammit!

  • It will knock every building in America Is that and option look at a fuse to a bomb fire hits the oil and it travels down and then lights the mother load!

did he tell you that? (((BOOM)))

    pray tell I ask!

  • Is it possible that BP knew from the start that nuking the well was THE ONLY OPTION and the reason why it´s not been done yet is because of the incalculable risks ? Where´s that red oil coming from ? Have they tapped into an unlimited pool of oil deep down in the mantle where the oil is being produced ? Are they afraid of causing irrepairable damage if the nuking option fails ?

  • @kolkrabe19- that's what i've been hearing, that they may have hit an abiotic (?) oil wel. this oil keeps flowing & flowing........??

  • @billsarebullyesyes As he said, the well bore is gone now & there are more things they don´t talk about. BP has tapped into unlimited oil, the earth´s blood which the plates are swimming on. Deep down in the crust there´s that reddish brown type of oil, the earth´s lubricant. The oil in the reservoirs has come up from there. Oil is abiotic ! Ferns, fish, crabs, leaves, mammoths & dinosaurs don´t sink down 10.000, 20.000, 30.000 feet, then decompose & morph into pools of oil, as if by miracle.

  • @kolkrabe19 I wonder if there is a chance that a Bomb would make it worst or could the methane explode?

  • @rocksiphone No, The methane will not explode, There is not enough oxygen. If the pipe is gone, what choice do we have?? Ass Holes should have shut this down rite after it happened!! I swear with God as my witness, If there is still a flange down there I could assist robots to put a ball valve on it !!! Then there are precautions, Shutting the valve could act like a hydraulic cylinder and push the pipe out of the ground, pressure and force would have to be monitored.

  • capping the well will only divert the high pressure gas to divert into the rock strata and cause the seafloor to inflate and then suddenly release the massive methane bubble that's trapped below it... causing a tsunami... and sinking all the relief ships...

  • It's ok, I know something.

  • @wildnutria- o.k. i'll bite. what do u know?

  • @billsarebullyesyes private messageme.

  • you heard it folks, "hope" is not an option

  • I can easily put a hole in the argument - I have no problem with drilling down and blowing up a nuke to seal an oil well on land, but blowing up the crust with that much water on top and oil underneath with a nuclear weapon might cause the whole floor to crumble and collapse into the well. The ground is softer under water and with that much pressure on it, it could end up really bad. Not unless this is what already happened and thats why the media can't go out.

  • They seem to be forgetting that the sea floor in the Gulf of Mexico is mostly compose of loose rocks, sand and mud, creating layers upon layers of loose muddy rock strata under an enormous amount of pressure. This is largely the reason why crude oil is leaking out of the gulf floor at this moment. Using a nuclear weapon to stem the oil flow 'creating a glass dome' is ill advised, due to the material composition of the Golf of Mexico sea floor.

Welcome to the New International Order

  • @oryzen

That's just being silly. Oil is spewing out of THE HOLE British Petroleum poked thru the ocean floor. They didn't simply bump the ground and a gusher spewed forth. They drilled thru hundreds of feet of sea floor to get to the oil reservoir.

  • @maskedphrogg BP bore a hole 13,000 feet down the gulf of Mexico sea bed witch is mostly composed of sediment material. this sediment material under huge oil and gas pressure is cracking up along side the bore hole BP drilled ultimately creating fissure in the layered sediment strata sea floor that extent all the way to the top or in this case the bottom of the Gulf sea floor. Reading a book every once in a while doesn't hurt you know.

  • @oryzen Are you sure it´s 13,000 feet ?

  • @oryzen

You should take your own advice. One day you may even be able to communicate a reasonable semblance of an idea that makes sense.

What part of the oil is coming out of a hole purposely set into the floor of the ocean are you having difficulty with?

You are suggesting that because the floor is so unstable there should be flows of oil coming up at random irregardless of the activities of man. That is what I find so silly in your assumptions that lead to your misinformed conclusion.

  • @maskedphrogg "is so unstable there should be flows of oil coming up at random irregardless of the activities of man." It happens all the time oil leaks out from the oceans floors so do a multitude of gazes, it's a fact not a conspiracy. If you had any idea of what's really going on, why BP, why DeepWater Horizon, why Halliburton, why the deliberate failure of the Obama administration, and finally why of all places did they choose that particular spot, you wouldn't question my conclusions.

  • @oryzen

I'm impressed. You are true legend, in your own mind.

  • @maskedphrogg I guess the engineers over at BP that have confessed that the oil is leaking at at 1,000 feet, 7,000 feet, and 190, 000 feet deep beneath the seabed and in other areas of the ocean floor must be lunatics to. Grow the fuck up, or let the adults talk about what really going on, better yet, go back to your sand box little boy.

  • @oryzen

If it's below the seabed by definition it is not a leak.

Try spinning this in more reasonable terms and the rest of us mature and rational adults can stop laughing in your face.

  • @maskedphrogg oil traveling upwards via a weak sediment deposit mainly composed of rocks mud and sand, until it reaches the sea floor spewing randomly in a +- 20 KM radius around the well. Yes I call that a leak.

    definition of leak:

accidentally lose or admit contents, liquid or gas, through a hole or crack, pass in or out through a hole or crack in such a way

You are an Idiot, back to the sand box with you.

  • @oryzen

Then make up your mind. Is this oil at the seabed and actually leaking into the ocean or is it as you claimed earlier 1000's of feet below the seabed floor?

  • @maskedphrogg Never in my entire online social network experience have I had this much trouble with a reader, Either English is your second language or you are really stupid. From the beginning I've always stated the same facts while you enjoyed ridiculing my every words. I'm not going to get into this, so either learn to read and get your facts straight or go back to your sand box.

  • @oryzen

    Ouch!

No one before was ever successfully baited into goading you to defend your nonsensical arguments. I'll keep that in mind when I next come across your trolling posts.

  • @maskedphrogg In this, your latest post, you've said more then you probably should have, I'll be on the look out for you.

  • The radiation is not a big deal? Is he nuts ... radiation causes sections to be inhabitable. It causes cancer and diabetes etc... and takes thousands of years to go away.

  • Using a nuclear weapon to stem the oil flow should perhaps be only used as a last resort because this method carries great risks and might make the situation worse if it were to fail, however to bring Iran into the debate sounds bizzare. It implies that the U.S government is willing to allow the Gulf to be destroyed for purely political reasons. It seems Iran is mentioned in a lot of situations and it seems inappropriate to use Iran to score points in this context and sounds like propaganda.

  • NUKE IT, PUSSY OBAMA!

  • thanx, again.
