Erik would love all you talking tool bags to come down and spar with him in orange county ca. Then we could get some funny you tube stuff of you owning erik he is not that good lololol.
What does Calos have to do with it?Yeah, I forgot, no one ever loses a fight. Maybe if you chose to take something away from the video rather then criticizing the man that is trying to help YOU, you might learn something. Figure it out.
Because there's so many people talking shit and claiming to have 'the' secrets to fighting, when in reality they clearly dont, or they'd be undefeatable, which this fella is far from! OK, that answered you? Figure that out.
Is that your argument? No one said anything about being undefeatable or talking sh*t. Stop making things up, because you are the only that looks bad in this situation. He said he learned the most from that lost. That I figured out! Maybe you should stick with interruptive dance or something you understand.
You're all upset over a stupid comment. My point is people like Erik Paulson, or whatever, always make these daft videos and write articles on how great their 'way' is, yet mostly all they are is mediocre when it comes to (semi)real fighting. I'll leave you to buy into the bullshit. Goodbye.
You can say many bad things about Paul, but the fact is that the lightweight champion of the world trains with him. Mediocre?...mmmm...I dont think so DW01.
So does that mean someone like Angelo Dundee is one of the greatest boxers in his day seeing as he trained the likes of Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard and Foreman? NO! Anyway, you didnt answer my 'Champion of what' question!
I never said that he is the best of the world. But anyway even if he is not one of the greatest fighters, i dont care because not always the best fighters are good teachers.
Oh and one more thing. did you to know that Erik Paulson was the first american to win the shooto world championship and defend it for 6 years?.He retired undefeated holding 2 belts. Isn´t that enough to become a legend? I actually answered your question. Sean Sherk is the current UFC lightweight champion. People should investigate occasionally...
I said mediocre at 'seme/real fighting'. He may be a good coach but doesnt mean he is a good fighter (agreed he was good at shooto). You insinuated that because he coaches Sherk that he's a top fighter, i said not neccessarily (Dundee comment). I'm gonna drop it now as it'll just go on and on. :)
Ok, I´ll give you my last comment, you can take it if you want. Never underestimate anybody. Even the person you never believed or trusted in, can teach you something useful. Check out and apreciatte diferent ways. I´ll continue buying this "bullshit".

hammer fist is weaker because it is hitting with the *meat part* but it is faster and generates more power.

DW01 4 years ago
Look, dont get me wrong, i'm not having a dig at the man personally, rather the style.

I hope you realize that Erik Paulson trains Sean Sherk. Nice job to be mediocre, dont you think?
