@dstebbin You are allowed to hack but you must allow Nintendo to have it's right of copyrighted material, the character Mario is copyrighted and all the cut-scenes too, but the levels you make are not righted by Nintendo and you may not sell it for money, and the game has all it's rights set to Nintendo. At least, that's my understanding. I feel like I didn't explain that well, but I hope you get the point. 500 character limit makes the most unsatisfactorily horrid explanations.
