  • If you don't stand your ground, how can you say youre right?

  • If you live in the Roanoke area then I think you should file a formal complaint but if you just visited from outside that area then you should tell them to just Drop Dead...

  • People like that janitor are wasting resources that could be needed in a real emergency.

  • ajajjjajaaj budy you should work for TV's New

  • wow, you are retard

  • @izzie5502 Its so nice they let you use a computer at your special school.

  • @Vicfangio excuse me....asssss f***

    TO:VICFANGIO

  • Get a girlfriend!

  • @Vicfangio He has a wife you asshole!

  • @izzie5502 maybe if homegirl hooked her man up once in awhile he wouldn't have to film elevators. Asshole!

  • Comment removed

  • who the fuck wants to go through all that to film an elevator lmao

  • I WOULD OF TOLD THAT SECURITY GAURD TO GO TO HELL AND FOR HIM TO HAVE A HORRIBLE DAY!

  • GOOD! YOU TELL THEM DIESLDUCY! IT MAY BE A PRIVATE BUILDING BUT YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO FILM CAUSE IT IS YOUR JOB!

  • @Foxogames I think you will find it's a big difference filming in a public building that was built using public funds which was also provided by the public in the form of taxes.

A home is a private dwelling and not public so your comparrisment makes no sense it is not just a publically accessable building it is a public building But I do agree on 1 of your points though depending on the circumstances yes they could ask you to leave or stop filming inside.

  • your fingernails are nasty cut them or something

  • @birene101 HIS FINGERNAILS ARE FINE! AND THEY ARE NOT DIRTY

  • You need to take up a new HOBBY.

  • After 911 what do you expect? Stop being a dick head.

  • @runningwolfkenpo I must have missed something, what part of the constitution was changed after 9/11

  • @maoneyx100 Well for one he is inside of a building filming without permission, that is trespassing. and Two it is illegal to film elevators if you didnt know, they take it as a sign or terrerism. your the moron

  • @MyDuck11 It's Terrorism not terrerism retard and it's a public building built with tax dollars.

  • You went back in the building after being told to leave, right? Then you deserve it.

  • Soon they'll make it a law where you have to get a license to operate a video camera. And it'll be obscenely high. :-\

  • Nothig like a self important fucknugget to ruin your day.

  • Wtf is wrong with your nails??

  • @kazikal78 LOL I noticed that

  • get a life

  • it is aginst the law for you to do that, your cant film a elevator inside of a building your dont have permisson too and it can be taken as a threat, you still live with your mom anyways. And didnt the police tell you to turn it off and you didnt?

  • @MyDuck11 He hasn't done anything wrong you fucking idiot, god you're a moron.

  • I hate that security Guard. He is A BITCH!!!!!

  • why r ur nails so long

  • they got something illegal in the building that they don't want you to film. They're hiding something.

  • this guy is werid... :P but i think if you are going to take pictures of someone, you must ask permission before doing so, because i don't want a bunch of poeple taking my pictures. But it's a building, I don't see why not. However federal buildings take that more seriously. For example: embassys.

  • really simple... don`t take the god damn picture when you told so by authorities... creates less problems down the road... yes you wanna prove your point but they can always find dumb ass reason to fuck with you...

  • Well the same thing happens to me some jerk woman called the cops on me for "Tresspassing" I also said what you said

  • People like this are why cops get antagonistic in the first place. Private property means you have to have permission by the property owners to do certain things, and most places don't allow photography/filming. Good job on the police for kicking him out and issuing the trespass order.

  • @ElTee842 WATCH YOUR MANNERS

  • @Coolerics2011 I'm sorry, but where in my comment was I out of line? Did I call the videographer dirty names? Did I insult his parentage or intelligence? No. Perhaps you need to watch your manners, sir or ma'am.

  • @ElTee842 Yes you did by saying the police did a good job. Keep it to yourself. That's a insult.

  • @Coolerics2011 It's an insult to tell public servants that they did a good job and I appreciate their service? No, I don't think so.

God bless the Roanoke Police Department, and all the peace officers.

  • @ElTee842 no it doesnt mean you need their "permission" to record it just means that they can tell you to stop and if you dont then can make you leave.

  • @tronclay Yes it does. Most stores have signs stating "no unauthorized photography." The word unauthorized denotes that permission of some sort can be granted.

  • @ElTee842 Funny, as someone who spends more than his fair share of money at numerous chain stores i dont ever recall my attention being turned to any signs that said no photography was allowed. I guess i better go turn myself in for taking pictures of the stuffed polarbear at Cabelas... Oh wait and employee took that pic of me next to it...ITS A CONSPIRACY THEY SET ME UP!

  • @tronclay Not sure what a 'Cabelas' is, but my store, Ross Dress for Less, had them. I've also seen them at Targets, Wal-Mart and at various strip-malls where it was the property owners and not the individual stores who had that rule.

  • People act very stupid when it comes to cops. Most ignorant people choose things to cause attention like what this guy did. He thinks he has the right to do any that comes to mind ,but the world isn't like that you have to rules to follow if you don't like the rules moves out of that county, state etc how hard can it be. I see to many dumb videos about things like this wasting time on useful things to upload to get views. How about something educational "PEOPLE" !!!!

  • @dre8431 YOU TOO WATCH YOUR MANNERS

  • @dre8431 And oh yeah, if you want educational, check out MrDuey1. He's education. A rapper. Dieselducy has a awesome hobby. This. Now keep stuff like this to yourself DUDE.

  • sad man, needs a woman or hobby

  • In fact, you are violating the private property owner's rights by trying to force your way into the building to take photos.

  • If it's private property you have absolutely NO rights to film inside the building. They can order you to stop filming, they can order you out of the building.

This is no different than if you were to enter into someone's home and start demanding that you can video them. If they order you out, you have to leave.

"Publicly accessible building" is what you mean, but it's still private.

Yes, you can video from the public sidewalk, but not from within the building if you are told to leave.

  • @FoxeoGames

SHUT UP! hes an elevator photagapher

  • @FoxeoGames - If that was a courthouse building, you are incorrect, for that is public property - owned and paid for by the people. Anyone who would react like that to an innocent photographer is a narcissistic sycophant who needs ass-whipping. This is the problem with this country - pride and arrogance with everyone flexing their proverbial muscles whenever they get the opportunity. You will eventually meet a true patriot who will school you in actual rights & freedoms.

  • @ImtheBigTim You are correct, but still wrong. While a court house is public in a way, it is strictly regulated. You cannot enter a court house as you please with whatever you please.

In fact, courthouses have special rules against weapons, certain clothing, and of course, cameras and recording devices. You are *NOT* free to videotape inside a courthouse, and if the court is in an otherwise private building, unless you are due in court you don't have a right to enter it.

  • @ImtheBigTim YOUR GIVING ME A HEADACHE!!!

  • YOU ARE A RETARD!!!!!!! GET A JOB LOSER.

  • @runninsht ya he dose he is a trucker

  • i think the asshole cops was abuseing there power a fifteen mintue stop for some one taking pic it to much and the cop asking who was doing the story he wanted to call the guy he dont need to know that and i think the cops should have been worring about the guy theating the camera guy and i think i would sue the police for the tresspass order

  • you film elevators for a living? how do you make money doing that exactly? sounds like a cushy gig. LOL

  • just doing our job bud

  • i feel sorry for u americans.. u live in a nanny state! your rights are as free as a dokeys rights in the zoo!

  • i feel sorry to

  • @nzbbs Ikr, but the sad thing is even with what you've said we're still one of the freest countries in the world. I mean look at the UK with CCTV everywhere.

  • cops are public figures, you have the right to film them.

  • What's the ID for ?

  • some retarded ass shit

  • dude i live in roanoke dude thats messed up

  • Video recording or photographing elevators and exits are terroristic strategies. No decent human being worth anything would go around recording elevators and exits. The cops have every reason to push this guy around. He needs to get a job.

  • hey cop fucker......he can point it at you if he wants you........SON OF A BITCH

  • @andy2038 He said "PLEASE don't point that at me." "Could you do me a favor? Turn that off for now." There's nothing wrong with a polite request. I know you come from the ghetto where there's no such thing as decency, but in some places, it does exist.

  • @GladiatorGT fuck you you little cunt son of a bitch..die and roast in hell

  • who u talking to Huuuuu!

  • cut ur nails @14:43

  • thats a ford crown victoria police package

  • sounds like a typical troublemaker, playing victim. elevator photographer? please.

  • Those fingernails are a crime.. clip them,

  • pussy with a camera, hahahaha you bowed down to the police for no reson.

  • go out looking for trouble you will find it asshole

  • Here in Thailand, the rules on photography are:

    1. If the building DOESN'T have any "No Photography" signs, you can film.

    2. If the building HAS "No Photography" signs, you can film.

In the US, most buildings don't allow photography, and there are not even any "No Photography" signs, which increase number of people getting kicked out.

  • After watching this video, it seems like you're not allow to do ANYTHING anymore. Gee, i thought America was a FREE country, isn't this America? Im sorry i thought this was America.

  • good job for sticking up for your rights.. there is too much bullshit now a days... yes, being asked to leave is one thing because you never know if there are restrictions or not, but asking who you can ask permission from is not wrong. Good job getting passed this bullshit!

  • SO glad I don't live in the south.

  • @redcomic619 SO glad I don't live in the north. Ya'll freed niggers, and don't have grits, sweet tea, or scrambled eggs.

  • @17br549 You're a fucking uneducated piece of shit. "Niggers" here are actually civilized, productive members of society unlike in your shit town, and we DO have grits, sweet tea and scrambled eggs. This isn't 1920, companies are able to mass produce shit like that you dumbass. I live in Rochester, New York.

  • @redcomic619 Whatever you say there, Rosa Parks. Since you seem to know so much about me, my town, my education, my society, our local niggers, and all other aspects of my life, why don't you use your psychic abilities to go ahead and give me next weeks winning lottery numbers, the futures trading outlook for Wall Street, and who is going to win the World Series next year? Wear thong panties, dude. I hear they don't bunch up as bad when you get upset.

  • @17br549 Bitch, shut the FUCK up before I fucking find you, dirty fucking redneck. Backwards ass cocksucking motherfucker. You're the kind of person who is responsible for the problems of our nation. Rosa Parks? Fuck you, Johnny Rebel. Fucking faggot. Why don't you pull your dick our of your sisters ass and meet me at 1200 Brooks Ave, Rochester, NY. Fucking pussy. You can even bring your rebel flag, I'm sure some of my "nigger" friends would love to shove it up your ass. Fucking scumbag.

  • @redcomic619 Come find me. Trust me, you won't be real happy when you do. I am not the problem. I am not afraid to say what i feel. The people who stand idle and do nothing are the real problem. And no, I am not coming to New York. If i wanted to be surrounded by trash, I would go to the nearest landfill. As for your friends, you can shove them right up your watermelon eating, dreadlock having, welfare collecting, hubcap stealing, dope smoking, wannabe gangsta ass. I am done with you, Fucktard.!

  • @17br549 I wish people like you could be forcibly removed from the USA. You abuse our freedom of speech, and people like YOU are the reason we keep losing our freedoms. If you are so insecure that you have to hate a whole race then YOU need help. Stop posting hateful comments all over public videos and crap it gets ridiculous. Flagged and reported. This gets old anymore really. Please get an education.

  • Technically the security guard is right. You don't necessarily have the right to film while on private property. You have the right to film from a public street, though.

  • Was it dismissed because the information on the trespass was wrong? I had a nyc ticket dismissed once because the officer filled it out with the wrong information on my license plate and description. Good job!

  • You were on a public sidewalk, doesnt mean you can take photos of private property, but then theres photographers rights, you have the right to photograph anything where reasonably privacy is not expected, i.e., filming your neighbors house is ok, but filming into your neighbors window is not.

  • A) 5' 11" and 200.... B) uhhh nothing

  • Taking pictures of elevators????? And man you must have wanted that pic really bad. I think someone needs laid.

  • He must have recognized the dush holding the rambocollord tran and told him to get the fuck out........u

  • 14:25 i think you need to take a shower and take care of your hygiene

  • this dude has coke nails... watch when he is showing the trespassing order... this is quite retarded and i live in roanoke

  • so they threw you out of the wrong place!

  • photography is not a crime! photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!photography is not a crime!

  • I see no harassment from the police. Just a low life douche with a camera who gets off to elevators.

  • wow you are a pain in the butt man. get a life.

  • I wonder if the janitor got fired...

  • To every police officer in the US (especially in America's post-9/11 society):

    PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT A CRIME!!!!!!!!!!!!

    REPEAT, PHOTOGRAPHY IS...

    NOT...

    A...

    CRIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • pussy

  • do you think a real bad guy could get a picture of any thing.masad, cia, fbi, even alkita. this pseudo security is like a 2 year old on a no fly list.????????

  • I don't why does the people who have the authority always threaten or harass people who videotapes and takes pictures on public property even we have the right to do that. This doesn't make any sense why, this should only happen on a private propriety or a place that doesn't allow cameras.

  • man working at that building calls the cops about a weird man taking pics, and the cops respond? hmmm I see no problem here, stop being a pussy

  • i believe in your right to take pics but...with terrorism homeland security is on the lookout for people taking pics of targets

  • will you videos guys stop say sory and stop looking ass when you get stopd

since your so sure you are allowed why turn of the camera

  • They cant make you turn off your video cam in a public place.

  • 12:55 they think your going to put their face on a naked body LMFAO

  • Whats with the siren at 12:00 to 12:20 Sorry to tell you but I am blind so I Can't see what happend.

  • go2jailfag

  • what is wrong with security there always strict and i like your vids.

  • Sweet Scooter

  • You should of said straight to there face officer you harassing me, do you understand or not? and record that on video, contact chef of police, you should of said you need to speak chef of police call 911 and tell them that this officers harassing me.

  • @russian2010girly " you should of said you need to speak chef of police call 911 and tell them that this officers harassing me.

    "

That will get you tazered.. and then you camera conficated.. beside the chIef of police is alway going to side with there own officers anyway.

  • godfriggin police are so corrupt now

  • You're an idiot for getting caught.

Don't be so fricken obvious. The less you have to confront people, the better.

  • evil wants shopping advice, lol /watch?v=0523sZlBb2E

  • Its called PRIVATE PROPERTY!!!!! Thats why I cant go to your house and film your stairs. MORON!!!!

  • I really want to start recording shit.. How much did your camera cost? and what is it named?

  • ELEVATOR PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT A CRIME!!!!

  • In a public place...anything's fair game...says the idiot on the moped with no real job. A professional loser.

  • its a elevator ...gIVE IT A BRAKE.. Elevators are creepy. And maybe you should take a shower once or twice a year instead of doing this stuff.. Its not worth it .. If i saw you come into my buisness looking like that with a camera taking pics of my elevator i would call the cops too

  • its a elevator ...gIVE IT A BRAKE

  • Man with long finger nails...and where colored blue? ehh great video though lol

  • for a photographer you suck at holding the camera straight

  • So, how is asking you to leave and telling you he was going to call the cops a THREAT? You were in a Building that you did not own and was asked to leave, once you did. you went back in keeping the camera running to ask who it was that asked you to leave. then later, the police asked you several times to turn off the camera and yet you did not. FACT: the 9/11 events happened in part due to pictures and video taken of areas inside and outside the building. None accused you of being a terrorist

  • In England they call them Job's worth people who say their job is more important and must cause a fuss, pity they cant deal with real crime murder robbery anyway good luck with your lift hunting and lookout for Cutler Hammer lifts there out there Peter

  • ask for permission and all this will be solve why make a big deal plus you have changed your story first you said you work for a organization news or paper organization then later you changed your story to that you dont work for anyone your private. Just stop being a bitch and follow the rules. with all this terrorist stuff going on people are going to be alert at any suspicious activity. how about i go film your home from a public side walk and post it on youtube see how u feel about that

  • WHY DON'T YOU ASK PERMISSION BEFORE YOU VIDEO THE ELEVATOR

  • You'd die for elevators wouldn't you?

  • I've been watching your videos for a long time...and lurking because I enjoy elevators a lot too but everytime I see this video I get angry because you have the right to film the police and they told you to put your camera down.

  • we need riots in america all over lets not let someone control us!!!

  • This kinda shit pisses me off. Who the fuck is this asshole and why the fuck do you think that your entitled to anything? Its people like this that make me sick to think I could of died in Iraq or Afghanistan for this country. WHO GIVES A FUCK ABOUT A STUPID ELEVATOR! Get a fuckin life asshole!

  • I am also an elevator photographer..we are a dying breed however, I will never stop my wonderful endeavors of elevator photography for all future generations to enjoy. Never let anyone stop you from photographing elevators. My father builds elevators and I will always film elevators. That is simply what I do...photograph elevators.

  • I'm wondering if you asked to photograph their elevators, or if you just walked in and started doing it? I didn't watch the entire video. Imagine you were at McDonalds and as you took your order, someone walks in kneels at the counter, looks upside down and starts taking pictures of the underside of the counter. Unusual. Suspicious, right? I can see how elevator photographing would be considered suspicious activity. Especially after seeing your fingernails at 14:45! Nasty!

  • Actually you have no right to enter a property that doesn't belong to you. In Texas you would of been shot and, the person who shot you wouldn't be charged. This time it wasn't the police's fault. Used to own a company and I have every right to kick who ever I wanted to.

  • Elevator photographer? Are u fuckimg serious? You idiots got no better thing to do then to herass honest working people and act like your a victim.

  • stupid guy, because u are on a public street it doesnt mean that u can take any picture lol, are u stupid or what? u think u can go an take a picture of anyone just like that? get a job..

  • @patoduck1989 even the police tells u to turn off the camera, and u dont even do it, and u act like if u are an angel, lol LOSER

  • Elevator photography is not a crime

  • This guy's an idiot and a prick. Just a typical crying bitch that wants to "go public" with his police "harassment."

Hey dipshit, I suggest the next time you try to scare people with your legal "rights," that you don't start by saying you're on the phone with the OWNER of the building, then claim that you taking the pictures on public property, and then claim you were taking the pictures from outside.

Oh yeah, by the way... "they used 9/11 as an excuse." Umm yeah, go stand under that ele

  • Dude, you were on Private Property! If you were on Public Property, that would be a whole different issue! Get yourself educated in photography rights, specifically where you need to ask permission, because you are wrong, and you are disorderly in this video IMO.

  • lol black security guard lofl haha

  • i love how people say "i am on a PUBLIC street!" over and over and over again like it's a magic saying that's going to make the cops and their problem go away.

  • Dude, you're a fucking weird asshole...listen to yourself talk. It's no wonder they wanted you off of their property, you sound like a serial killer.

  • Does anyone else think this guy sounds like a young Nicholas Cage? LOL

  • downtown roanoke man... u should film the William Fleming elevator, its boring but well its a elevator

  • @The540boy WHERE is it? I am ALWAYS looking 4 new elevators!

  • @dieselducy William Fleming High school in roanoke, well if u can get the staff to let u on it that b cool,

  • its america turning to a police state D:

  • YOU ARE A MAN....CLIP AND CLEAN THOSE NASTY ASS, HOBBIT LOOKING FINGERNAILS!
