no, no, no... this is only half of the trick. Next step is to go to the NEWS (top right corner), then click on top fights, then find the guy U just beat and attack him again. Sometimes U have to wait a bit to recover... easy money :)

it is better to find couple of guys U can beat with ease... the rest is up to U! Good fight and good night :)

I don´t think there´s a cheat but here´s a trick: is you leave the game for 5-10 minutes you´ll be almost fully recovered from health and stamina.
