Gently pushing your cuticles back, after applying oil and using the proper impliment, is NOT the worse thing you can do to your cuticles. Cutting your cuticles is the worse thing you can do!

I have the exact same problem with my cuticles i pick them without even realising and my bf is always nagging at me for it. I really find it hard to stop but im gunna take your advice and keep them moisturised because i do it when they are dry. I'm starting a nail technician course very soon so need my nails looking good so fingers crossed for no more picking!

I bought the Solar Oil after wtaching this- and I found out that the manicure place I go to use it all the time! It's amazing, I love it- better than OPI's Avoplex, although OPI's smells better.

I recently tried essie .. I was looking for 'princess pink' as you had reviewed but couldn't find it waayyyy up here in canada! I bought Hi Maintenance instead .. wow .. I was so impressed. Love the smaller brush as my nails are small .. love the smooth finish .. can't wait to try more!

Here's my tip for keeping cutcles soft--Chapstick!! Just run it around the edge of each nail and rub it in. It lasts and lasts and so convenient. Just pop one in your purse to use whenever. Best thing is--it's CHEAP! Save your money for all those nail colours you love instead.

have u eveer heard of the sampoo called T-gel? its for aczma and stuff like that on your head but when your in the bath or shower, rub a bit on your hands and nails, and leave it for a few miniutes when you take it fo it makes your nails really strong and the tips really white x

at sephora they have rosebud salve that is GREAT for repairing cuticles! i used it and the next day they looked so much better! its 5 dollars for rosebud salve and you can use it as lip balm too as well as other stuff. you should definately check it out its only $5!!! =)

Yea.. what u need to do is buy a Base Coat.. I recommend Sally Hansen bcuz its cheap and its AMAZING!! or china glaze base coat ( u can buy at Sallys) is only like 5 $ and its good too....paint one coat of it before u put on the nail color... then let ait dry and paint ur nails! :) hope that helped

What I find that works really really well with taking off nailpolish is an old hand towel... you can even get some from the dollor store as well... i've been finding it so hard to use tissue or cotton balls. Seriously , just a small area on the towel will take off the nailpolish on one hand, you can use the other side of the towel too. ITS GREAT!!
