I'm from Denmark! And to me it's sounds like High School soccer is a running club? Don't you go to soccer to be a better soccer player not a better runner I know conditioning is a big part of soccer but in Denmark it's more important how you focus and skills on the ball. I have played football since I were 4 years now I am 15 and this spring I'm moving to the US!

I'm just in doubt off the level for High School Soccer?? To me It maybe sounds a bit poor but i don't know. No' Offence
