he used a pitchshifter on the mic and the drummer used special triggers on his kit i dont know what though cuz i know you can adjust the sound on triggers and distortion the band THE BERZERKER uses some weird ass triggers

It sounds like techno being sung by a vomiting bear. I got told to check this band out because they made every other deathgrind/goregrind band look like pussys. I bet the guy who told me that hasn't gotten much farther than the "heaviness" (sarcasm) of Disturbed.

i agree with you, on first listen this band does appear brutally heavy, but its really just an illusion created by pitchshifting the vox and downtuning the guitar.

It depends of people, much of singers manage to make the gruntz without pitch, but is necessary vocal drive. Personally I don't like the pitch (But I love CBT), but for sure, that's easier. Sorry for my bad english ^^

indeed. good way of putting it. bleching frog vocals as someone else previously put is very difficult to get without a pitch shifter but i have dabbled in it and it is possible to get almost the sound your looking for naturally...well sorta... but pitch shifting is easier and hurts the vocal chords WAAAAY less

I'm not the biggest fan of pornogrind, but I like Cock and Ball Torture, they have such a nice groove to them, I like it. And the belching frog vocals are so much fun to listen to, even if they dont take talent to create with a simple pitch shifter.

Why always misstake this thing about talent?

Talent is to make people like youre shit. Not "how technical you are". You still have to do gutturals,exhales or inhales to make the vocals get that low. It isnt like they are speaking with normal tone. Talking from personal experience dude :P

The guy in a wheelchair at 2:24, his the bassist player of Fungus! We played in this fest previously, just search for "Fungus caos". He was hit by a rock one week earlier, when we where watching, with admirable joy i must say, a fight between gipsy's and security guys in front of a disco in Portugal.
